It’s a good whisk.
This is part of my Kitchen Aid mixer. It went missing from my kitchen. That’s why I bought another one. I don’t have many recipes that need a whisk. But it is a great whisk when you need it. When I bought the mixer, I read the booklet about caring for the mixer & the pieces included. It states that the best care is handwashing. I’ve had it for a long time, so maybe newer models allow for the pieces to be washed in the dishwasher. I’ve continued to hand wash them.

Great Product! Fast delivery!
I bought this as a replacement to my Kitchen-aid mixer because my kids put my last one in the dishwasher and ruined it. I was a little skeptical on the correct size I needed for my mixer. It works fine! Thank you so much for the FAST DELIVERY as I need it specifically for my daughters 6th birthday (cant make cupcakes or buttercream frosting without a kitchen aid!) Broke after 4-5 uses and caused huge mess
After only having this for a few months and using it MAYBE 4-5 times, this whisk broke mid mix. I feel super frustrated not only about money wasted but it also made a huge mess in my kitchen.

Good and sturdy. Just make sure you get the correct size. NOT dishwasher safe! Once you wash in the dishwasher it gets some sort of film on it that washes off black.

My mistake. Only works for deeper 5L bowls
Width was perfect but length was too long for my shallower mixing bowl. Amazon were kind enough to refund me. All happy!

With so many models and sizes of whisks for the Kitchen Aid mixer I am very pleased that this particular whisk fit my model…..which is at least 10 years old. In fact the model isn’t even listed n the description of the whisk but I took a chance and it works perfectly.

Don’t bother!
This doesn’t last. From the first use the metal on the whisk shaft left dark smudges on anything it touched and now the shaft is crumbling. I’m not a heavy user of this attachment either, I have probably only used this whisk attachment about 6 times. Wild, considering this was the replacement for the whisk attachment that came with my mixer that lasted 12+ years!
