No more B12 deficiency!
After having B12 deficiency, I searched for a quality B12 supplement. Now, you may or may not know, Methylcobalamin is obviously a better choice than cyanocobalamin as its absorbed better. That is why I chose the Life Extension brand. The quality is superb and fast dissolving option is what I like. I feel like my nails and hair are also in much nicer shape now.
