works wonders when stressed
I use this along with a couple other Bach Flowers. I put distilled water in a 2 oz dropper bottle and put 4 drops of Vervain and a couple others in the bottle and flick it a few times to mix frequency into the water. it is my go-to whenever I realize I am stressing too much or have given myself a headache from stress ect. Even works well on my husband and dog! just drop a few drops into whatever liquid you or they are drinking, or a dropper of the dropper bottle under the tongue, just chills out the stress without any side effects of any kind. just the intense stress is relieved, not the circumstance neccessarily. helps to cope with lifes challenges.

This compound is strong!!!
I was surprised at the efficacy of this particular compound. I tried it at night before I went to bed. I used the dropper to drop 15 drops of the liquid straight onto my tongue. It doesn't have a bad taste to it (alcohol suspension). Within 15 minutes of taking it, I was very sleepy and went to sleep straight away. I had a deep slumber and woke up feeling refreshed and not groggy at all. I would recommend this to anyone needing to calm their nerves and generally just have an overall relaxed feeling. I would recommend it to any needing a sudden feeling of relaxation as this compound works, at least it does for me. Everyone is different.
