I am five months postpartum and started taking the supplements around three weeks ago. Previous to this I was feeling very tired, exhausted aches, pains skin was feeling dull just overall low energy since taking the supplements I can honestly say that I feel much better in myself, my backache has Reduced and overall aches and pains are not as obvious. My energy level is back up and my skin is feeling great since taking these. I am breastfeeding and I’ve noticed that my breastmilk is a little bit green LOL I don’t think this is an issue but it is noticeable in the milk. I don’t mind the taste of the supplements it’s pretty strong however in one quick gulp is no issue. the little bottle make it very easy to take the correct amount daily and easily accessible. I am one of those people who hate taking tablets and never really can keep up with it however this has been really easy to add to my routine in the morning along with my iron supplement. I do recommend this and will be continue taking it every day to infinity and beyond. I recommend for postpartum and breastfeeding

I shared this with my partner + we took the suggested amount. The smaller bottle lasted less than 6 days . Terrible value for money . It tastes OK, by the way - but would cost £100 for two people for one month !

I really love the taste of it - it is quite thick and after only a couple of days I feel as though I have more energy. I've noticed my sleep has massively improved also. I bought the smaller bottle because I wanted to see if I liked it and if I felt any benefits from it. Whilst early days I would definitely buy the much larger bottle, which would be cost effective. It was quickly dispatched and well packaged.

Only 8 servings in the smaller bottle, but I absolutely love this. I definitely feel more energised, often take extra in the afternoon and it keeps me going. Skin looks smoother and brighter after a few weeks of this, and eyes looked really clear and shiny. I need to get the bigger ittle from now on.

Don’t recommend it in powder form

No doubt for me this is the most effective multivitamin I have ever tried, not cheap would be happier if it was under £20 but I suppose you are getting what you pay for.

This is my favorite powder shake. I usually mix it with the green naked juice. It taste good, I recommend it!

The taste is not great but the benefits are all that. It is more palatable mixed into to a glass of crystal light tea or lemonade.

I like nutrients but powder doesn't dissolve well and taste not pleasant.

BEEN TAKING IT FOR 2 DAYS, AND FEELING BETTER ALREADY. LIKE THE FLAVOR OF MIXED BERRY BETTER. BUT AMAZON DOESN'T SELL IT.

I prefer this brand because I used to get sick a lot when I worked at Home Depot from 2004 to 2010 and my brother would get right in my face while he was drinking a jigger of it and when I started using it I never got sick again for years except one time when i stopped using it for about a month and i got a cold, it has a lot of nutrients, I like the liquid form easily absorbed, all three red berry, green tropical, and gold a pleasant flavor compared to another brand i tried that was awful tasting, and it is also readily available at local Vitamin Shoppe stores if i need it faster, it isn't perfect from what i read of other customer's claims that the preservatives are not good, not sure if it is actually whole food as I read on Google that consumer groups disputed a lot of vitamin companies products with that claim, and also on Google, attorney general office and consumer groups filings and investigations of lead in some products although somebody in the family said forgetaboutit that there's lead in almost everything naturally, not sure. Overall, I like this product the best of all that i have tried until i can find something that is proven better, it would be a lot of work to get the osterizer out and try to get all those nutrients. I don't use it as often, only sparingly and only about a good tablespoon full because of the concerns brought up by others about once a week or when I feel that something is trying to get me like a sore throat. I also like to mix red berry and green tropical and maybe gold together added to some orange or other juice so i get a blend of different nutients.
