One of the best purchases you can make. I bought this based on reviews and advice from friends about pick-pocketing in Italy. This is VERY light weight, constructed of good fabric. The waist clip is strong, and the zipper is of good quality. There are 2 pockets inside the zipper to separate out your passport with other currency. I put 4 passports, 1 credit card + some cash in the pouch and it fits snugly. I wrapped it around my waist on top of my inner T and tucked it under my outer shirt. It is not totally invisible as some other commented out, but it is not obvious - people may think that you are just now developing a paunch - a slight bulge. I had it on my for 8 days straight, from 8 AM till 11 PM and it became part of my body - after a few minutes of use, I had to check once in a while if I had it because it was so comfortable to use and you would not notice its presence. You can also push it down a bit into your pants and use the trouser to provide additional coverage at busier places. I was in Italy in August, and I was dripping sweat all the time, but this baby (yes - my wife started calling it my baby because I got so attached to it) stayed dry. It was very comfortable to sit with it. When I bought it, my wife did not like the idea of a waist pouch and wanted a neck pouch which I bought from Amazon - one day I tried it and that did not feel as comfortable as this, nor was it as concealed as this. I got so used to it that I refused to remove it while in Switzerland, a much more safer place than Italy, and used it to put my passports on my flight back to US. I threw it in the washer after I came home, and it came out clean. I am seriously giving up my wallet for this for daily use. I strongly recommend this for everyone going to places that are known to have pick-pocketers. I am going to use it on all my trips - even to the safest of places mainly because of the convenience. And I will order one more just in case this finally breaks. Finally, as a side note, in spite of what everyone told and wrote about Italy having pick-pocketers, we did NOT experience anything like that. We were always aware of our surroundings, but we did not feel even once the threat of someone stealing from us. Maybe times have changed, or we were lucky.

I was looking for a comfortable money belt that my teen daughter would agree to use on her upcoming trip to Italy. She is not excited about the idea of using a money belt because she says it looks like a fanny pack. We first ordered another kind which had to be sent back because it was uncomfortable on both of us. A friend mentioned having a silk money belt and I found this one and ordered it. She is still skeptical about why she needs a money belt at all, but thinks the black color is much better and you don't even notice it when it's on. I think this belt is great. It's lightweight and soft, but sturdy. It doesn't feel big, but I can fit a passport (inside a sleeve) in it and an iphone 6 and it doesn't bother me at all. I feel like you could wear it either under a shirt or jacket (and not access it during the day but keep it hidden) or use it over your clothes. It's not "stylish" per se, but it's pretty nice-looking, high-quality material and good buckle and zippers. I even put it on where the most of the belt was tucked inside the top of my pants (sounds weird, I know) and it was quite comfortable. I am ordering a second one for my other teen daughter to use on a family trip to England and France in the fall. It's pricey, but I think it's worth it. I can't imagine that there is a better money belt out there.

Used it during a two week trip to Europe. It worked well, but the elastic seemed to loosen up just a little. I would buy it again.

I liked this money belt, because it has 2 zipper sections, it has inside pockets to fit passports, credit cards and cash. This color is skin tone, so it doesn't show thru when wearing white pants. Thew material is soft and silky, so it is non-irritating. I went to Europe and hear, that there were a lot of pick pockets, so it gave me the security I was looking for. I received this item within 3 days of ordering it. It was worth the money, but you can also buy similar items at Walmart or a sporting goods or travel store. This item can be used by both males and females, it is easily concealed under your clothes and much thinner than the the fanny pack. I am a female, so I used this item in conjunction with a bra stash, which I found much easier to access than the money belt. However, the bra stash is not big enough to hold a lot of cash or passports. I would recommend this product to others traveling outside the country.

Overall, the money belt is good quality, lightweight, comfortable, good size (not too big, not too small), and adjustable to a wide variety of body sizes. After three and a half months in Spain, with side trips to Italy and Ireland, I was not once robbed. During that time, I traveled extensively using bus and plane. Whenever I traveled, I used a money belt to carry my debit card, passport, extra cash, and personal information. Because the money belt is not easily accessible without heavily adjusting your clothing, I also carried a wallet with a small amount of cash and a credit card for easy access. However, if I was pick pocketed, my loss would have been severely minimized thanks to the money belt. During my time in Spain, lots of people in my program were robbed. It was never violent, and most people didn't realize they were robbed until the thief was long gone. Using a money belt minimizes this. However, vigilance also minimizes this. I noticed that those of us who traveled with money belts tended to be the ones who didn't get their wallets stolen from their purses as well. This obviously had nothing to do with the money belts themselves, but those of us who tended to be aware of the threat of theft and actively took precautions were robbed less. Be aware, and you'll enjoy your travels.

I bought three of these, one each for myself, my wife and daughter as we travelled in Europe for three weeks. They worked great, were unobtrusive (as long as I limited the contents, which is difficult because the space is generous) and held up nicely despite many days spent exposed to sweaty me (July in Rome is lovely but hot!). Two zippered openings is great - one for high priority usage and one for long term storage - and the zippers worked well. The entire product seems like good quality, including the clasps on the belt. The fabric is lightweight (some might say "weak" or "not durable"), but seemed like just the right balance for what it is designed to do - hold money and light documents under your clothing. It's not like you will use this as a tool belt! I would buy again if I need another.

Cool design, flat, comfortable, but isnt made of very high quality materials. Plastic clip seems weak, some people said theirs broke... i am careful with mine, but i have it mountainbiking, and it hasnt broken yet... good for holding slingshot ammo and a pot vape. Probably will not fit a thin wallet even without cards - this is the wallet. It is very thin, but as said, you can carry small 3d objects in it, not just cards and cash. Which is good, cuz we aint gonna need cash where we're goin!

Pickpocketing can happen anywhere in the world and here in the States too, but some of the heavily touristed areas of Europe are absolutely infested with roving bands of thieves that pick the unsuspecting tourists clean, with impunity, often in public and by making a distraction, jostling, or other ruses. The authorities there don't seem to be too interested in stopping it, for political correctness reasons, so in the meantime taking a precaution like this is a must if you are visiting Europe especially. Using this item is a real benefit in these situations...it would be difficult for anyone to reach beneath your clothing and open this (and you must wear it BENEATH your clothes to be safe). You can wear it around your waist or even on your upper thigh (if you're wearing a skirt or loose pants). It's a good idea too to carry a dummy bag if you're a woman, with a few small bills or coins, so they won't get much if they do try. I love the quality of this item, it's roominess, and that it's silk. Plenty of room for money and passport etc. (PS be sure to also get rfid protective sleeves if you have cards with chips in them!)

The money belt was ideal for its purpose. It was light, not bulky, and fitted beneath clothing without being noticeable. It was also unnecessary to remove when passing through airport detectors, providing no metal coins were contained in it.

Buen material, bien acabado. Muy práctico. Un ligero inconveniente: No va tan bien para llevar euros que para llevar dólares. Los euros son más altos y caben demasiado justitos en el bolsillo anterior. Sería mejor que fuese ligeramente más alta.

produit correspondant bien au descriptif. J'ai acheté cette banane ultra plate en vue d'un voyage à l'étranger. Elle est en soie, donc légère, résistante et agréable à porter. Elle a deux poches, la plus petite peut contenir des billets. Elle est invisible sous un tee-shirt. Je recommande ce produit.

A well made product and has a very comfortable soft synthetic material backing. One use I have for this is going out on the town so I don't need a jacket/wallet and can carry cards and cash around securely under my shirt and out of sight etc. The pouch has a very adjustable soft elastic belt which clicks into one side when worn. The overall dimensions are 22 x 11 cm and there's a mesh divider inside so if you want to separate cash and/or cards you can. When not worn the belt can be folded up and stored away in a neat pocket on the back meaning it won't get snagged on anything. Eagle Creek do a bigger version with an extra zipped pocket on the front but if you just want something discreet and comfy for emergency use then this is a great money belt.
