UPDATE: July 2023 Came back 2 years later to make another purchase. I'm still 5,6", but now weigh 150lbs, so I wanted to purchase a smaller size. I loved my larger dresses, but had to donate them. This time I bought a medium in the cashew navy print and I am head over heels. Everything I said in the previous review is still true. Quality is still great, the softness and the vibrancy of the print, they aren't see through. Love, love love it!!! I not only lounge around the house, but I am thrilled to wear them out in public for any occasion. I purchased 3 more dresses in various prints, one cold shoulder, 2 tank dresses and one short sleeve maxi. All of them are great in every way. And a plus is that they are great pieces to take on a trip. They are light weight, no need for ironing right out of the suitcase. I love that this dress is so comfortable, pretty and not like everything else in our regular stores. I bought an XL, I'm 5'6" and 204lbs and losing. The dress fits very flatteringly. The color is great and the material is soft and breathable. I feel so feminine and I waft through the house. I wear it to lounge and outdoors . It would make a great pool/brach party dress or summer hostess dress. This seller has quality merchandise and I have had no problems with the several dresses I have purchased. Seams and stitching are spot on. Color is bright and vibrant. Patterns are correct . Love it!!!

So this dress got me originally because it had the slits (I'm a strider when I walk, and I trip over maxi dresses) and the open shoulders and pockets. I NEVER wear black so I was hesitant to buy it, but I needed it for a photoshoot. The first time I put it on I was bummed because it's not super flattering...cue black scarf around the waist. The dress grows on you. The more you wear it the more you love it. Because it's soft like butter on your skin, because you feel the wind carrassing your shoulders through the openings, because the pockets can fit your hands, phone, wand, plus a few extra accouterments. (although it would stretch out the fabric so I wouldn't recommend doing so). By the time the shoot came around I was wearing this dress at least once a week at my house. This is also perfect for dancing around a fire. You feel free and fabulous. I bought it also in white and green because it's so amazing, and honestly I'll pry grab it in maroon too. You feel elegant and also a little risque with the side slits, but they aren't too high that it's actually drastic. Seriously. Grab this dress. Also, I'm 145, and 5'6" and wear about a 6/8 dress and bought a medium.I maybe could have grabbed a small, but I enjoyed the way this laid even if it wasn't super 'slimming' but it skims the body so I'm good with it. I really love this dress, I ordered a large and I am 5'4", 169 pounds - it fits perfectly! A tad long (because I'm short, haha) but if you are wearing it with a wedge or heels (I wore 2 1/2 inch wedges with it) the length is fine. The material is soft, super comfortable and cool, and has just the right drape. The pockets do stick out a little bit on my hips, but honestly I think I am the only one who noticed (and I asked numerous people). As someone else mentioned in another review, you can flip them backwards and they will lay flat. I wore this dress to my son's wedding rehearsal dinner and received tons of compliments! It can be dressed up or down so is very versatile.

This tie-dye cold shoulder maxi dress is everything I was expecting it to be and more. The colors are so vibrant and eye-catching—it’s even prettier in person. I love the loose, flows fit; it’s super flattering and unbelievably comfortable. The cold-shoulder detail adds just the right touch of style, and the pockets are a total win! It’s perfect for lounging, running errands, or even dressing up with accessories for a casual outing. I’ve gotten so many compliments every time I wear it. It’s definitely one of my new favorite dresses!

The material is soft and very comfortable, that’s true. But the black dye they have in it completely rubs off on everything. It totally ruined my manicure as the black rubbed off on my nails and looked terrible. The pockets are kind of lumpy and are placed a little high for my body shape, which gives me a thicker look and not that flattering. If I wear a long vest with this dress, I think it will still look pretty good. I’ve since washed and dried it so hopefully no more black rub off on my nails. To be determined. But all in all, it’s a cute dress, nice and soft and even though I haven’t had an occasion to wear it yet, I can’t wait to!

I didn’t have time to add a picture, but I wanted to write a quick review just in case somebody needed to hear this lol. First off, I’ve purchased and returned about 10 different articles of clothing to amazon because the items were not what I expected. I’ve been extremely disappointed with the size charts, material and appearance of pretty much everything I’ve purchased. However, today was a little different. I simply love this dress. It’s soft, very flattering, and it’s true to size. I’m short, so the dress is alittle long but nothing some hemming tape can’t fix. Pretty bright navy blue, and ladies it even has pockets lol I’m ordering another color soon as I post this review. I purchased a large because I have a few extra lbs in the midsection, and I don’t like it to be clingy. I’m about 5’2 190 and again chunky in the middle lol. I probably can get away with a medium if I suck my stomach in all day. 😂Perfect with a jean vest over it, or you can dress it up. Sorry this review is long, but if you are anything like me it takes a while to find the right fit. So take my advice and buy one or two! You won’t be disappointed.

I have several maxi skirts made of this same material. I received the dress just moments ago and knew I was going to like it! I stood in the mirror, and yikes, there was a hole in the front, and an identical one in the back. Too bad! I love the sleeves on this dress, so summery yet still covered my bat wings. The pockets are set in a flattery location so if you have your hands in them in accentuates your waist. The length was perfect, not short, and not so long that it would drag on the ground when wearing shoes without a heel. I am 5’6 and weigh 150 pounds. I have an average bust, and not much of a rear area. I thought the dress would be more flattering on me in a Medium. I also purchased the black with white polka dots. Fortunately, it did not have a hole, but because I will be making a trip to UPS to return the dress with the holes, decided to return it as well and ordered them both again for delivery tomorrow. Can’t wait to wear these! Absolutely perfect for summer!

Bought a few of these for cover ups to take on holiday. Usually, this sort of fabric travels well and doesn't crease. These look like rags when taken out of suitcase - not sure how they end up like this but I'd not buy any more at this price they are not exactly cheap!! VERY long too which isn't a huge problem as I used some waist rings to shorten. Home from holidays, washed and dried - hung to drip dry and creased as hell!! Bin men come on Monday and these will be going with them!!
