How long is the warranty on this product? And do you honor the warranty?

I don't recommend this seller or this product from them. I received a broken mixer, and won't allow a return for refund because time allowable had lapsed. My bakery was closed due to covid restrictions, and didn't get to used the mixer until the weekend before Christmas. Now I have a broken mixer and I'm out almost $700.00. Buyer Beware!!!

You have to contact the company directly for this information. It was not provided when I received the mixer. I did purchase a Square Trade 5 year warranty as well.

Where can I order a new wire whip for my 15 qt mixer? Vevors website doesn't sell them.
