How long will unopened jars last and do they have to be refridged

I do put my unopened jars in the fridge But I have also left them out for a few days. As long as the peppers are in the vinegar I see no reason to worry about them. If you have never tried Krinos Pepperoncini peppers before you want be disappointed. If you like salads try this. Half head iceberg lettuce, one can black olives, Tomato wedges, Krinos Pepperoncini peppers, and provolone cheese. Top it with your favorite Italian dressing and your ready to eat.

Do these have food dye in them?

As of May 2019, They DO contain Food Dyes.

So what is the correct weight? A kilo is 2.2 pounds, description says 1.29 kg and 1.14 lbs. Makes no sense.

2lbs is the net wt. with the water inside it. 1.14 lbs. is the drained wt. after draining all water 1.29 kilos is the shipping wt. after packaging and glass proofing. Thanks :)
