Zip Wallet - Silk Jacquard

I really liked the look of this wallet and that it was small. So many women's wallets are gigantic with sleeves and flaps and all kinds of things that I don't need. I just wanted something for some bills, some change and some cards AND didn't take up my whole purse, especially when I carry a smaller bag. I looked and looked and even bought a few things, but none were right. Mostly the wallets took up too much room. or if they were small, they held next to nothing.I took a chance on this figuring that if it was cheap and not functional, it would be ok to use for jewelry and things in my travel bag. I ended up LOVING this little thing. I have carried and used it every single day for a little over two years. It has held up like a champ. And I even mistreat it...putting WAY too much change in the zipper part, jamming too many cards in the sleeves, shoving stuff in the zipper compartment like a bunch of keys or batteries, gotten it wet, etc. Nothing has broken it. I did lose the little tie on the zipper part, but I just used some ribbon that had around from a cut off hanger loop from some blouse.I am here two years later to get another one. There isn't anything really wrong with mine, just that some of the fabric is starting to get worn out on the slot side from taking cards in and out. Still perfectly functional, but you can see the white interfacing through the thinner fabric. I may just run a sharpie over it (my wallet is black) and use it for jewelry...I love it so much it is like an old friend and I don't wanna pitch it!! ha ha!! This thing fits in my little purses, it is light weight and holds everything I want. I have taken it alone to concerts and shoved it in my pocket. It is nice that it is soft so I don't have to worry about a big square of leather sliding out of my pants or jacket.I am so happy that they are still available. I might buy 2 or 3 just so I have a back up in case I lose mine or if in 10 years I need a replacement! I think for the price it is one of the best purchases I have ever made here. I think they would even be nice as gift envelopes for a small item like a gift card or necklace instead of an overpriced paper gift bag or box that is going to end up in the trash. Just a wonderful item.

There seems to be so few bargains these days, but this little coin purse is the exception. I half-expected a piece of junk - boy was I wrong. The little coin purse is lovely, and well made. It is clearly well-sewn, and fully lined. The material is so pretty, and it is nicely designed with a zipper pocket on one side, and two slit pockets on the other side. Of course, it has a zipper opening at the top. Both zippers have little pulls, and the zippers work smoothly and close nicely. This coin purse was just the size, and just the thing I was looking for. I have already ordered two more. Well worth the money.

I was trying to find a larger coin purse than what I had, which was so small I couldn't get my fingers in there to pick out coins or to insert a few folded dollar bills. My local stores didn't carry what I wanted, so I was happy to find this on Amazon. This zip wallet is the perfect size! I can easily get money in or out of it and it's very well made, plus a lovely color and design. The little pocket on the outside is nice and I think a better way to carry a spare key than a key ring inside the wallet. It's also a good size to fit nicely into my medium and smaller sized purses without taking up much space and leaving room for the variety of other things I carry.I'm very happy with this purchase.

I like to keep everything in my purse compartmentalized so I purchased this item to carry money (bills and coins) and gift cards I've received. The look and feel is absolutely lovely and it's extremely well made. The top zippered pouch has a nice firm zipper with tassel for easy opening and holds all my paper dollars securely, the back has a smaller zippered pouch also with a tassel on the zipper to keep my change in. There are two exterior open pouches on the opposite side where I keep my gift cards so I always have them when I'm out shopping. And it fits very neatly slipped into my purse - no rummaging around to find these thing anymore or having to carry a big bulky wallet in there. I'm so pleased with this purchase that I'll be buying one for each of my friends and daughter-in-law as Christmas gifts.

I love this zip wallet. After searching high and low for a replacement for a zippered wallet I've had for years, I found this gem. It's perfect for my needs: mostly credit cards, store loyalty cards, and ID's, which I carry in the main compartment. I use the back zippered compartment for my driver's license which I rarely use. I keep my primary credit cards in the front slot; and my primary store loyalty cards in the second slot along with a bit of cash. This wallet couldn't be more suited to my needs and it's really fashionably classy looking (Cobalt Blue). I also like that it's fabric (silk jacquard) instead of bulky leather or vinyl, keeping it streamlined, inside my purse. I keep change in another little key-chain purse, so I don't need to bulk-up this beautiful wallet. Thank you Old Shanghai! My only suggestion is - make one a little less "girly" for my husband!!

Just like my fuschia one. I had it for two years but everyday use started making it thin out. Surprisingly, the zippers never gave out with everyday use. Very, very dependable. It's why I replaced it with this one.

I first bought this product when we were visiting Chinatown in San Francisco in 2003. I used it every day for almost 9 years and loved it. It's a perfect size for your purse and allows for lots of convenient storage. I used it to keep my bills separate from my loose change. It's very lightweight so you're not adding weight to your purse! When my first one finally wore out, I searched online until I found the very same one-and this time I bought two of them so I have one for my beach "go" bag. You will love the look, feel, durability and usefulness of this product.
