Aight so I've never written an amazon review before but it's 1:30 AM and Orihara Izaya means a whole lot to me so here goes! I've owned this wig for quite a while now and it's SO good. Granted, it does NOT look like the photo right when it comes out of the bag. I remember it being a bit too long and not super layered. But, for any newbie cosplayer or wig wearer, it's important to know that unless you get a wig commissioned, it will never be styled before hand. Despite that, it's an amazing wig that's not too thick and not too thin! It's not super shiny, although that might be because I've been using it for so long;; It's super easy to style and spike the way you want it, and it'll hold your styling through a roughly handled checked luggage bag. I can't even begin to explain how much I love this! It's high quality, looks natural, and it's perfect for cosplay! I definitely had some concerns buying this. I read that it was shedding, so I expected it to be generic, but it's perfectly intact! My hair is very long, (nearly to my butt) and pretty thick. So, another concern was getting it to stay out of sight! French braids are life savers! The only thing that I would change is it's thickness, but it might just seem big on me because of all the hair underneath it. XD As soon as my AOT cape arrives, I'm off to do a cosplay photo shoot! Highly recommended this!

I bought this wig, knowing it wasn't going to be some high class, expensive wig, but when I received it, I was presently surprised by it's quality. The wig itself looks very nice, but it's rather poofy! It's poofy to an extent where it doesn't look very natural, so I'm going to have to style it a bit. I knew that I obviously wasn't going to get what was shown in the picture, since I see that exact picture almost EVERYWHERE. PROS: -Lots of hair. Can be used to style if you wish to take the time to do so. -Fits very well, will most likely fit anyone with a normal sized head. -The hair is quite soft -Hardly sheds -Overall better than what you'd expect for a wig under 10 bucks. CONS: -A bit too much hair depending on what you're going to do with this wig. (I'm cosplaying) -Will not fit anyone with a large head. It fits me semi-snugly, and I'm 15! -Hair isn't very shiny. It's rather kind of dull, but it's really not to big of a deal for me. Others, I'm not so sure. -Picture is misleading It has it's pros and cons for a cheap wig. It's good for what it's worth, but I would much rather give it 4.5 stars. I would also wish they changed the picture, since that's not the exact wig we're getting. It's not gonna make you look like a hot, main character of a 2013 anime like it does in the picture, but it's good for cosplay, and that's all I needed.

Well, maybe I just look bad in black hair but this wig just looks bad on me. It's very poofy in the mesh (like if you dig your fingers into it, it's got a lot of puffy meshing to give it volume.) not only that but it is super short and flat -it doesn't have any of the spikes you see in the picture and the bangs are awkward. I gave it a 3 because it is nice and matte, there is no cheap party store shine that you have to be careful of when buying wigs online. So it looks very real. Overall it's too poofy and unstyled. But then again it is a men's wig and I am a woman. So good luck with your purchase. It's a good wig but you get what you paid for. Enjoy.

This is a fantastic wig if you're going to cosplay Tina from Bob's Burgers! However I am not!! This wig is atrocious and I can't even return it because the seller doesn't allow it. This wig is nothing like the preview images and the bangs aren't even long enough for me to style it like the preview images either. The wig wefts are frayed and falling apart and the wig sheds like nothing I've ever had before (even the crappy Halloween wigs from Walmart are better than this!). The back and top part of the wig are like a square no matter how hard I try to fix it. Ugh - don't waste your time with this garbage.

The wig arrived on time, which I greatly was happy for. I needed it because I was cosplaying and attending CyPhaCon, a sci-fi and gaming convention. The wig was excellent. It was exactly as described, and it wasn't dull in color like some others have been. The only complaint was that it kept slipping on my head, even with a wig cap. Still, a couple hair pins took care of that issue. For a cheap price, it's a good wig. If you can't drop thirty or forty bucks for a high end wig, this one will provide a good alternative at a good price.

I can't believe I'm reviewing a wig, but here I go... I bought two wigs here for my daughter that were both recommended to her for some cosplay characters she was dressing up as. She previously purchased 4 or 5 different wigs at local costume/party stores that were much more expensive and she wasn't happy with any of them. She claims both wigs here (which I am giving identical reviews to) are much better than the "crap you get at the party stores". Her words. She said something about how well it (both of them) holds it's shape, doesn't shed, isn't itchy and doesn't look like you just took it out of the package and slapped it onto your head (even though that's exactly what she did). I know zero about wigs, but my daughter seems to. What I can say for sure is that she is thrilled with these. I'm thrilled that she's much happier with something that costs $10.99 than she was with all of the previous wigs we were paying $20+ for. That's a Win - Win folks. An important side note. This wig is an effective parenting tool. I don't think my daughter will be late again when I go to pick her up. She kept me waiting 15 minutes or so past "pick-up time" at the mall. I looked down and saw the wig on the front seat. She was not amused when I walked through the mall wearing it during my search for her. Not amused at all. I was informed that the "Fashion Girl Natural Short Curly Light Brown Ladies Wig" is not an appropriate look for a normally bald 46 year old man with a 5 o'clock shadow and a black leather jacket. What does she know. I rocked it!

This was purchased for a costume party for a family member. I was shocked at the quality for the price. While this is not something I'd personally wear if a real wig was needed or desired, you could probably get away with it. It didn't have an artificially type look, the relative who wore said it was comfortable, and it looked much better than many of the wigs we had looked at, in the wig store, which cost upwards of a hundred dollars. You can't beat the price.
