Armscor / Rock Island Armory M200 4" barrel revolver
The HKS 10-A Revolver Speedloader works good enough for the Armscor / Rock Island Armory M200 4" barrel revolver. Note that it is not a perfect fit for the M200, but this particular speedloader does truly work with the M200. Let me explain. I have included several photographs with this review. If you notice in one of my photos, the M200 cylinder does not swing out far enough to clear the revolver's frame like how many other revolvers do. I assure you that it will be fine, it's just not perfect. When you attempt to load the M200 using this speedloader, you will not be able to insert the cartridges all the way like how you can with other revolvers. If you look at another photo that I uploaded, I tried to demonstrate how far you can insert the cartridges and you should see that the cartridges don't insert all the way into the M200's cylinder while you attempt to load the M200 with this speedloader. Once you get to this point, all you have to do is just turn the speedloader's knob clockwise, let gravity work for you, and the cartridges should fall into the M200's cylinder. As I said, it is not perfect, but it works. Originally, I bought only one of these speedloaders to try out first to see if it will function well enough to load my M200. Once I confirmed that the HKS 10-A does work for my M200, I bought a couple more and also four Bianchi Speed Strips. Obviously, the speedloader is the fastest way to load a revolver, but the speed strips are flat and not bulky to fit inside one's pocket and they still load a revolver faster compared to manually inserting cartridges with your fingers. I would say the quality of the HKS speedloaders are pretty good and I expect them to last a long time.

Works well, inexpensive
As speed loaders go, this is not a mercedes, but it works well. Great for range use, everyday speed loading. The construction is a plastic outer guard (the black area) and aluminum clip and knurl. For the price the quality is excellent, and a great addition to a shooter's bag for the range. Although it's plastic, it is well made and sturdy, but I would recommend a full aluminum construction loader for professional service use. Pros: -Inexpensive, lighweight, easy to load. Cons: -Low cost material, not recommended for service use. A simple 'click to turn' locks loaded rounds in place, and a quick opposite turn drops them in. If you haven't used a speed loader before, this unit will drop the shells about 1/3 of the way into the cylinder, where you will twist to release them and then using gravity, allow the rounds to drop the remaining distance into the cylinder. Overall: HKS makes great products at an affordable price. At under $10 you can't go wrong with this addition to your shooting accessory bag.

Good but not for small J frame revolvers
Works nice and easy to use but I've been sanding the VZ grips on my Taurus Defender 856 for days trying to get it to fit better.

Works great S&W 65
Bought this in spite of so many negative reviews. But I didn't want to pay $30.00 for the other brands. I bought two of these HKS Speedloader's for my S&W Model 65 .357. They do exactly as advertised. When you load the bullets, hold them in the palm of your hand, pressing them into the speedloader, and turn the knob locking them into place. When ready to reload, open the cylinder empty the spent rounds and align the speedloader, twist the knob and they all drop effortlessly into the cylinder. I have had no issues whatsoever. None with them coming loose in the carrying pouches. The only thing I would suggest is when pulling them out of the pouches, don't grab them by the release knob. And you shouldn't have any problem. So for me, not only a good value, but a good product and one I recommend. Lastly, no issues getting the loader into the cylinder as I've read in other reviews. At least for my Model.

Work great for .357 casings for BlackOps Exterminator .177 BB CO2 pistol
These work perfectly for the brass casings that work with several models of CO2 revolver. I use it with the Black Ops Exterminator. The speed loader slides in really tight against the frame, but you dont' have to seat it all the way on the cylinder to drop the casings in the cylinder. It works fine for this. I haven't used it with a real revolver, but the casings are the exact same size so it should function the same. This company makes good revolver speed loaders. My only caution would be if you your cylinder doesn't swing far out or if your frame or grip bulge out it may be hard to get the speed loader to seat on the cylinder face. As I said, though...it doesn't have too. As long as the front half of the casing is in the cylinder, just release the loader and drop them in.

Get 'em while you can!!!
An absolute necessity to carry with your revolver. Being rather elderly, I sometimes fumble about loading ammo into my revolver while on a shooting range, out plinking or just working in my shop. Having the ability to take my time pre-loading my speedloader in the comfort of my recliner is a blessing. The shells drop right into the cylinders and with an easy quick turn, they are locked into their chambers and remain firmly entrenched until you release them into your revolver. As an additional benefit, you're much more readily prepared to protect yourself and your home should that horrid event ever occur. I've had one attempted break-in while I was at home and rest assured I was armed, locked and loaded. I'm never more than 5 feet away from a firearm these days. The crime rate in my area has skyrocketed and I must do what is needed to assure my family's safety My advise is to pick up an extra speedloader and double holster while you're ordering this item. There are some great deals to be found on Amazon! With the political climate being questionable at present, there's a good possibility that Amazon may lose their ability to sell firearm related items in the not so distant future. This speedloader greatly exceeded my expectations. Solidly built and easy to use. The item was securely and safely packed in an unmarked box and arrived much sooner than I anticipated. The price is right and the quality is excellent....and best of all, it's AMERICAN MADE!!!!!

A -10 speed loader for revolver
I've purchased a HKS speedLoader model 10-A. 6 shot Speed Loader. It's perfect for 6 shot revolvers .38 special & .357 Magnum example Ruger GP100 revolver works well for them. The only drawback is when purchasing a speed loader is you have to know if it's design for your firearm. Yes I know this is the era of semi-automatic firearms but to be honest I still love revolvers which I carry the Rock Island Armory 38 Special yes it is a good firearm never failed me never has hang ups or hiccups and yes the speed loader works well for this firearm and they also carry the Ruger GP100 revolver which that is a 357 Magnum the same Speed Loader works well for this firearm as well. Please everyone always lock up your revolvers away from your children
