A well priced option for rucking or working out
I bought this to use in a new GORuck pack I picked up. It fits perfectly. I also love that it has the handles on two sides on two sides, increasing the functionality, so you can do different exercises with it outside of the pack. It increases my walking workout sufficiently by easily allowing me to add weight. The build quality is excellent. It is metal. It is going to last.

They fit the goruck bag
These work as described and fit perfectly in the goruck backpack. The handles make them easy to add and remove to the ruck sack and i like being able to adjust the weight quickly and easily based on the workout I need. They are the best value I’ve found. Happy with my purchase!

Perfect for ruck pack.
Excellent plate for the money! The long plate fits nicely in the back (deep) pocket of my goruck 4.0. Love the dual hand openings on the 25#. Makes it useful outside of the ruck pack as well. Pic shows plate with the packs spacer at the bottom.

It's been a "Solid" purchase. 🥁
It's weird to be reviewing this: It's a 45 pound weight. What's there to review? 😂 But here's a few things I like: It's narrow enough to fit snugly in the "water pouch" section of my backpack, so that makes it easer to "ruck." It's also cheaper than the weight plates I've priced on both the "Go Ruck" site and in my local sporting good stores. So all in all, a good plate.

It’s a ruck plate!! You put it in the bag and go! It weighs what it says. Fit perfectly in the sleeve on my First tac 25L pack.

Good and solid but unknown source for metal or manufacture
So far working as advertised. No issues. Did a little research and the company is out of Vietnam, locally in Brea, CA. Legit licensed in Orange County. Unknown where they source their weights, though. So if they were a little more for coming on that I could determine is safe and/or not radioactive.

Heavy weight for rucking packs.
Bought the 35lb weight. It's heavy. Has a handle on both ends so if you wanted to do various exercises with it you could. Fits just fine in the Ruckercise backpack in the long compartment. 35# will be plenty heavy for most people. I used to ruck with 45lb but honestly that got a bit much over some months and I scaled back. Most probably shouldn't start with this much weight but should work up to it.
