Solid coupling, no failures in about a year of use
I'm frequently dealing with quarter inch pneumatic lines, these are one of the things I chew through the most as they are either a good quick patch, or they are plug to cap off an airline during troubleshooting if you have a plug on the other side. I've left them on several machines, and so far a year on none have broken.
