Not excessive, yay! But really hard to swallow.
I would like to rate it 5 for not having ridiculous or unbalanced levels of any specific b vitamin (seriously, spotted a record 200,000-odd %dv while shopping today, isn't that something you should talk to a doctor about??? And why, why would you put "100 whatever applicable unit" of all these different things so you could call it a "100" complex???? /rant). It's effective at ensuring I'm getting a stable baseline of b vitamins including folic acid. But it's rough and exactly the right size for me to choke on, which I just had a nasty experience with today. I frequently have to attempt swallowing this pill more than once, and then sometimes I choke on it anyway. Why does everyone who makes the softgel or capsule 100% dv b complexes just... stop making them after a while? So I hope these people keep making this available, but if they ever make a softgel or capsule version, I hope I find out about it asap so I can switch...
