Little pricy but very good quality. The battery installation/exchange need some kinda learning curve.

These seem to be legitimate Sordins. Audio quality is excellent, all the settings work, and the Sordin Gel cups I installed fit perfectly. Only thing odd is the packaging. Top is sealed with tamper proof but the bottom of the package is really loose. Probably just shipping since theres not really any foam protection that came with mine. I will update review if any problems occur

Works great. It is strange at first hearing the audio, as it sounds like you are listening to a recording of yourself. My ears just get sore so easily with ear muffs, but there are very comfortable and I can wear these for a long time with no issue. Gives me an excuse to go out to the range more. I will say it was a little tricky to get the batteries in, and the instructions don't do a good job of explaining you actually have to push the batter down with a screwdriver, then insert the other battery. It is an EXPENSIVE product, so I didn't want to break it trying to force batteries in..

My pair randomly stopped working, and Amazon will not process the warranty claim. Since I didn't buy directly from Sordin, they will also not process the warranty claim either. DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON, buy only from Sordin directly. I now have a very, very expensive paperweight.

Only had the Sordin for a few days and so far love them. They’re durable and have a comfortable tight fit for me so no falling off(I have a larger head than most). I will mention this isn’t your normal hearing protection. It’s designed to reduce harmful noises to a safe hearing level while amplifying low noises to keep from taking away from situational awareness, hence why it’s made specifically for the military/police. So if your buying these do not expect them to work like civilian hearing protection that completely stops loud noises, unless their turned off but that defeats the purpose.

These are not noise cancelling as amazon would lead you to believe. They are noise suppression with the option to allow ambient noise to pass through as long as the ambient noise is below a certain decibel level (I don't know specifically what that decibel level is but I would say it's definitely below the level of hearing damage) I like these a lot, they fit well even when wearing a hat or beanie, they don't put too much pressure on your head/ears but they stay in place well. I use them off and on throughout a 10 to 12 hour work day (probably 5 to 6 hours a day) and I'm still on my first set of batteries after almost a month of use. My only real complaint about them is that I wish there was an option to have music playing even while the audio passthrough was off.

This item looked like it has been returned a few times. The box that came with it was all jacked up. Lots of evidence that it was opened several times and it looked really old. Same thing with actual "Sordin pro x ear muffs". It looked like it has been used.

I’ve been using them awhile I have no complaints. They fit kinda snug when I have a ball cap on but I have big head anyway other than that they feel great. There really have been a couple time were I forgot I have actually wearing them they sound that good. They are definitely a huge upgrade over the Walker’s I had been using.

Franchement très satisfait de ce casque antibruit ! Je l’utilise surtout pour aller au stand de tir, et il fait vraiment bien le boulot. Il réduit efficacement les bruits forts tout en me laissant entendre ce que je veux — comme les conversations. Tout reste simple à utiliser : les boutons sont bien accessibles même avec des gants, et le casque se met vite en place sans prise de tête. Le bandeau est confortable, et la qualité générale donne confiance. En plus, il a un look plutôt cool pour un casque technique ! Un peu épais pour épauler une carabine cependant... En résumé, protection auditive confortable, robuste et intelligente,excellent choix 👌.

"Write a review" - this product needs no review to state the obvious: Sordin are the industry leader and these do not fail to deliver. A whole day at Camp Bisley wearing these beautiful ear defenders was as effortless as their performance was solid. They have to be used to be believed. Battery life is frankly eternal, they have an AUX-in for walkie talkie integration, the noise suppression is solid, and (oddly) the ability to listen into distant conversations is astonishing :D - love these, they're amazing, if not somewhat expensive (I didn't tell the Wife).

The batteries are difficult to instal and even worse to replace. Poor battery compartment design.

Ich bin Sportschützen und habe lange überlegt, ob ich den Sordin Gehörschutz kaufen soll oder den 3M peltor, den so ziemlich jeder in unserem Verein hat. Ich habe mich letztendlich doch für den Sordin entschieden und bin sehr zufrieden. Der gehörschutz dämpft sehr gut. Den Knall auch auf dem Großkaliber Stand ist das bisher kein Problem. Ich empfinde Ihnen sehr angenehm an den Ohren und am Kopf. Er drückt nirgendwo und ich kann ihn ohne Probleme drei Stunden lang tragen. Auch der Batteriewechsel ist super einfach. Gegen meinen alten recht günstigen Gehörschutz ist der Sordin sehr fein eingestellt. Man hört ohne Probleme alle Gespräche und auch sehr leise Geräusche. Ich kann den Gehörschutz nur allen empfehlen, die das nötige Kleingeld dafür haben. Er ist auf jeden Fall eine Klasse Anschaffung für Sportschützen.
