You are not able to create an updo or anything with hairties. I attempted to put mine into pigtails and you were able to see the netting in the back.

is the orange very orange? I need it to be like a brown orange and the one on here looks browish

The one I got was dark brown but in my opinion it has a pretty red kind of tint to it it looks like a real hair color and I love it once I styled the bangs were I could see but I'm not sure about the orange one
