First it’s not accurate and when I tried to update it online the web address is said to go to doesn’t exist. Second it won’t hold a charge at all if you unplug it it does within a minute. When I opened it it held a charge for a few hours and now won’t at all. Returned it.

Was in a hurry to make a GPS purchase and only saw the overall star rating when I purchased. I purchase A LOT from Amazon so I made a leap of faith. When the GPS unit arrived I could tell it was not of the quality that warranted the reviews so I went back to read the reviews and found they are ALL unrelated to this GPS product. Fake reviews of bracelets and flowers???? Returning immediately. Biting the bullet and buying a Garmin instead.

I had to return this item, I thought I ordered a Garmin product but got this instead. The screen on this unit was not bright enough for me to see.

The screen is too big, keeps falling. Did not use and could not return because I lost the packaging

Of course, I put off returning the unit, only to find out now, the warranty has already expired for a unit purchased on 5/14/19. I would like someone from customer service to call me and discuss the poor quality of the navigation unit. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Difficult to use for directions. Overall NOT something I would recommend to anyone.

It is very slow to respond! I bought this unit to help me in my travels and not use my phone as much. I still have to use my phone because this unit just doesn’t do the job very well at all! I wish I could return it for some other GPS! Very bad quality

Big Garmin fan. Have never been let down from this manufacturer.
