are these a good variety for hydroponic growing ?

All my plants were bare rooted.None of the plants sprouted(all dead).I talked to the seller and he thought I planted them wrong-but for another $6 would replace.I sent the $6 and never received the new plants.I cut my losses and purchased new plants from a reliable dealer. I am a master gardener,The new plants grew well and produced about 3 gallons of strawberries .I use Texas A&M for variety adviceI would recommend people use the local agricultural college for advice on all plant varieties . I do not recommend the seller on Amazon.

can I plant these strawberries in Dec. in zone 10...Yuma Arizona...rooted strawberries...

In north Texas,we plant bare root strawberries around the first of November( so that the plants will come up and leaf out before a frost).The harvest is in the following May.Strawberries can withstand freezes when established.We do not plant strawberries in the spring due to our hot weather.

How long does it takes after planting to bare any strawberries? I have heard it can take up to the following year to bare fruit.
