The bonus flexible driver extension will hopefully prove useful in the future, but that's the only remotely positive thing I can say about these. The largest bit isn't the same standard 1/4 hex so it doesn't even fit in the extension at all. The other ones do fit but aren't designed in a way to actual snap lock into place in a normal 1/4 hex impact chuck. Even all that I could tolerate, but the pilot side barely scratched the steel bolts I was trying to extract (had better luck with cheap Harbor Freight drill bits). Worse still, when I tried the #3 extractor side, it quickly started dulling rather than biting in, and when I successfully got the #2 to bite in on a different bolt, the extractor head promptly snapped off in the pilot hole. Totally worthless.

believe me or not but this actually works. i already used 3 of the 4 bits and this extencion really does work great. i needed something cheap and quick to extract a feww screews from a cabinet and i ordered these versus the pricy ones at the store. these really did the job well and i am satisfied. i can still use these on another project. who knows what would happen if i went to harbour freight.

This is the best thing to sliced bread. It worked amazingly on a screw my son threaded. He put together an expensive floating shelf for his xbox, DVD and so on at sets below the TV on the wall. problem occurred when he put it together wrong and could remove the soft screw that threaded. it took longer to read the quick instructions than to remove the stubborn screw. Saved the shelving unit.

I used this screw extractor to remove a screw from bathroom water faucet . The screw got very stuck and simply wouldn't move, so my drill driver stripped the head. I used this set to help remove the screw. To be honest, It took some time to get the screw out but it worked. You don't really need this until you get in to this kind of situation but if you are handy this is the best one to keep in your collection. The gift is nice too.

I stripoed some screws because I wasn't paying attention, this worked great to get them out. Just drill in one side then flip the extractor over. I especially like the attachment to get to screws in tough to reach places.
