I like the brand and have used other vitamins of this brand. They make good quality vitamins. I believe this calcium supplement is effective too. One thing I don’t like is the tablet size, it’s not easy to swallow, maybe it’s only me, but I wish they are smaller in size.

El producto es completo, pero no lo recomiendo por sus compuestos. Me han hecho daño y un estreñimiento excesivo. Tened cuidado, si queréis un magnesio bueno que sea bisciglinato o citrato y que lleve zinc, pero no ese calcio. Os puede afectar la salud intestinal.
