Great vitamin/vegan tablet
A really great vitamin tablet for vegetarians and vegans

Well balanced and well priced
I've been buying these multivitamins for many years, they're fine to swallow, not too large or overly unpleasant taste. Nutritional balance is fairly reasonable for vegan multivitamins and they're quite cheap compared to many. They come in blister packs within the box, large sheets. Pill colour is currently an iron red, lozenge shape.

Fantastic vitamins, but they’re quite big (for me)
I am not necessarily a vegetarian 100% of the time (flexi?) but these vitamins provide many nutrients not available in other commercial multivitamins in one single pill! I only removed one star because these pills are absolutely MASSIVE and I struggle to swallow them with water alone. I would much more happily take 2 smaller pills!

Doing the trick
I’ve stuck to a very restrictive diet for many months and took these religiously. I had blood tests done and I wasn’t deficient in anything so they must be doing the job. I think they help my energy levels too.

Sehr Gute Wirkung, Haltbarkeit jedoch Kritisch
Fühlen uns sehr fit seit wir die Tabletten einnehmen. Allerdings ist sowohl die erste als auch die zweite Lieferung mit Haltbarkeit bis 11/2025 angekommen. Bestellt wurde jeweils im August und Oktober.
