Perfect Fit for 2014 ford f150 fx4
Fit my 2014 f150 fx4 and has been working for 6 months. Easy to install just make sure you pay attention to the white dial location when you pull the old one off the truck. The dial is keyed and needs to be aligned to fit in the truck.

Easy fix - driver's side
Easy fix in our 2011 Ford F150. Blend door actuator was clicking and had broken teeth on driver's side. Was easy to remove and install once we removed the 3 bolts holding on the gas pedal. Good replacement part, fit exactly and works great.

Fit good but broke after a year
Title says it all. It fits 1:1 and was easy to install. And worked great for about a year until it broke. Not worth it. Will look into better a quality product.

The holes for where the screws go are not correct it should look more the the secound picture. (For 2011 f150 5.0L).

Last summer the actuator gave a push code but this summer it started a tapping noise, more so when the AC was on I replaced it and so far so good . The actuator is mounted under the steering column , and secured with two screws which are difficult to remove . This part took it’s time getting here , but the cost savings was significant despite delivery and duty .
