Loved this…. Then after 1 month it would no longer heat up!!
Really enjoyed the food that comes out of this but I am really frustrated with the customer service. You have to have the original receipt. I was able to get a copy from Camping World where I bought it they would not accept that and in order to exchange it, I would have to send them back, even though I sent them a video of it not heating up I would have to pay for shipping and handling and then they would look at repairing it and then maybe replace it that’s an awful lot of work for something that they should stand behind. I purchased a ninja it arrives today. Excited to get back to air frying horrible customer service, Brentwood shame on you.
