Overview * Ready to use sealer and joint stabiliser * Protects and decorates new or old concrete, block paving or recently cleaned paving * Long lasting acrylic-based formula * Can be brush, roller or spray applied * Do not use if surface is damp or rain imminent * Surface dry in 1-2 hours. Re-coatable overnight. * Stir well before use. > Coverage is approximately 5 – 7 square metres per litre per coat but will vary depending upon application method, surface porosity and ambient conditions. * Wet look sheen, repels water, protects and enhances surfaces. Preparation & Application • Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from oil, grease, dust, laitance and any other deleterious materials • Ensure the paving surfaces to be treated are clean and free from any mould or fungal growth • If oil stains are present, remove with detergent and hot water • Ensure cement composite pavers are thoroughly degreased and free from release agents which will affect penetration Uuses * Ready for use on block paved drives and pathways, natural stone patio areas and cement based stones. * Can be brush, roller or spray applied. * Do not use on non porous or previously treated surfaces (unless sufficiently weathered to allow penetration) * All pavers/s/blocks and artificial stone must be laid for a MINIMUM of 3 months before application. * Do not use if surface is damp or if rain is imminent. * Do not use in direct sunlight.
