These sandals run very very big

These sandals run really big I ordered a size 7 and 7 must have been at least to nine. At least so the sizing is off and they run large other than that they are a very nice sandal and the ribbons that go up the leg are long so you can make them look however you want them to that part I really like I am waiting for the seller to give me a refund they took a long time to get here and I don't know what number I would ask for cuz seven isn't seven so I would like my money back otherwise I would buy another pair if the sizes were correct

When I got the shoes delivered the first thing I noticed is the laces on the sandals smelled like cigarette smoke really bad. The bottom of the sandals are thinner than what I expected too.
