Rock-Solid Performance โ Keeps Pea Gravel Locked in Place
Iโve been extremely impressed with the Dominator Mulch Anchor. I used it to stabilize pea gravel, and after 6 months itโs still holding everything in place very, very well. Even with two 80-lb dogs running and playing in the area daily, the gravel hasnโt shifted like it used to. Application was straightforward, and once it cured, it formed a solid, natural-looking bond that keeps the rocks where they belong without making the area feel hard or unnatural. I only needed a very minor touch-up in one small spot (did it today, first sprayed in June), which says a lot considering the traffic this area gets (gate to enter the back yard). If youโre tired of constantly raking or replacing pea gravel, this stuff works. Highly recommended for high-traffic areas, pets, or anywhere you want gravel to stay put.

Did absolutely nothing
Just awful product, follow instructions on the back. Applied 3 even coats one hour apart from each other and allows to dry for atleast 24 hours and there is literally no change. I even applied a heavier cost around the edges and not a single piece stuck together. Not sure if I got a bad bottle but this stuff is awful.

Two pissed off toddlers, one very happy mama
I have two circle planters on my back patio (5 ft diameter) that are filled with rubber mulch. They drove me nuts because my two toddlers used them as dig sites for their toy construction trucks, so mulch was EVERYWHERE always. This stuff worked like a charm! The three year old was so mad when he couldn't scoop it anymore. Sorry boys, this job site is closed! I will be buying more for the rocked walk path areas.

Okay
Works but you need more than just 1 gallon. Rain makes it go alway after especially if it rain for days. Application and mixabilty is easy. Kinda pricey

Worth the money
I was nervous to spend this much money on glue, but it was really worth it. My landscaping looks amazing! It was really easy to apply with my sprayer. It sucked butt trying to get it open, but we figured it out.

Kept my rocks in place but didn't do much for my cypress mulch
I bought the product to keep in place rocks in my dry creek and cypress mulch in place. Both are located on a sloping part of my back yard. The dry creek rocks look great with the mulch sheen on them and hold together quite well. The mulch was a failure. I used all 5 gallons, applying two generous layers on the mulch, and let it cure for 48 hours in between. The glue added a nice color to the mulch and I was optimistic. A week later, I let our dogs in our back yard and the glue did nothing to hold the mulch in place. I recommend the product for small rocks but the product did not work for keeping my mulch in place.

Tried both heres the findings
I used both dominator and the mega mulch glue on pea pebbles for a walkway around my fire pit. By far the winner is dominator! Put it on thick/heavy 2 coats and its almost concrete hard, holds 90-95% of the 2 tons of rock. The mega mulch glue your wasting your money. Mixed exactly as directed to the T. No good, I put 2 coats, 4 gallons and rocks were stuck together but thats where it stopped they pulled apart easily and dogs paws went right through. Dominator had a sticky texture for a few days after applying but after some weather it seems to have lost the sticky and just hard. Alot of people who Ive had over say it feels like walking on a running track. Will definitely hold your mulch in non traffic areas and in trafficked areas. And idk what your project is but even a small one 2 gallons is a good start/ total needed for a heavy coating. 4 dominator gave me a nice nice finish where 4 mega was a joke.

Needs to be way more sticky.
This mulch glue , like all others seems to need a minimum of 2 coats, 3 coats to really make it work for any amount of time, months to a year. This product is pre mixed and does not have to be diluted and it sprays fine, but I still think that there has to be a better way to make this product to actually work better and not have to spend a small fortune to get the desired results. I even went so far to pick out the larger pieces of mulch after the first coat to get them out of the mulch that was sticking together somewhat. I also tamped down the mulch to make sure that is was flat and even before I sprayed the glue. I am not yet done spraying the complete area that I want to to cover. I have 2- 2.5 gallons of this product used already and by my estimate, I would need 4-6 more 2.5 jugs just to cover the area completely one time, spraying it on wet enough.
