Orthotics
As a Podiatrist for 30 plus years this OTC Product is great. Thin, firm and supportive. And fits in all shoes. They run a little big so purchase On the smaller size if in between .

Affordable and work great
A very kind podiatrist turned me onto these many years ago. And they have been more than sufficient in taking care of the plantar fasciitis. I can walk around in bare feet all day long and be OK. However, I donโt do that all the time they work great!

Provides good arch support
This product works as intended and helps give the extra arch support that I seek. Because the insoles are thin, they do not add bulk to my shoes and easily fit on top of the manufacturer's insoles. While the 3/4 length helps give more toe room, its only drawback is that the insoles tend to slide forwards and backwards in my shoes. I have been advised to velcro tabs to help with this issue.

Arch Supports for Collapsed Arches: Good Buy
My son has leg length discrepancy, resulting in a slight scoliosis and collapsed arches. He must wear arch supports. These are fantastic, because my son finds them comfortable and will wear them even with his leg length inserts. It does add "bulk" to his shoe which is why we went to the 3/4 length which allows them to fit better in tighter fitting shoes up by the toes. You can cut the top (flexible material) to customize but we didn't need to. The actual arch support is rigid, yet fitted to your foot. Again, comfortable for my very finicky teenager.

SO EMBARASSING!
these insoles do feel good but, man!, are they loud! i hear them squeak with every step but hoped others wouldn't notice. three different friends and one store clerk have remarked on my squeaky shoes. i bought these because i am about to do a lot of walking on vacation. there is no way i would wear these walking through a quiet church or museum.

Good, durable arch supports
I have been using this 3/4 length Spenco model insole for 15 years and they provide the best subtle arch support that my feet need to prevent issues with dress shoes that have no support. They are durable and comfortable, stay in place, and I do not notice the gradual transition at the top end. The Spenco size #5 is perfect for my Men's size 13 standard width shoes. The recent price here is the best I have seen over time.

I find these far superior for me not to mention that I can get ...
I bought a pair of these several years ago to help with nerve pains in my foot and walking pressure on my knee. I have flat arches. Relief was instantaneous. My problems have not returned since. I prefer the length because it gives my toes the extra wiggle room. I've tried other orthotics; including the overly expensive Dr. Scholls inserts where you step on the gimmicky foot mapping contraption. I find these far superior for me not to mention that I can get two pair for less than the cost of one of those. So I just bought two more. I'm so glad I found them again!

Thinsole orthotic
I use these arch supports in all shoes and boots. They are compact and don't alter the fit of the shoe too much. If you have a narrow or low volume foot, they will improve the fit of the shoe. They are not rigid and I will sometimes glue a small block of felt under the arch to give it more lift, if needed. A cost effective alternative to expensive custom made orthotics.
