The first time I tried to use the machine the temperature gauge after a few seconds of operation started showing error message. Resultant I am unable to use the machine. The link for support in Amazon does not connect. Sent mail to savaliya industries. No response. Maybe because of a Sunday. Saddled with an unworkable machine

The product s good n easy to use but it got sum prob after three use n thank god when I contacted manufacture he responded positively n first helped me to fix the prob when I couldn’t do by myself it s sent to service station n got it done ….

Great product.. I'm reviewing this product post 3 years of continous use at home. We have completely eliminated use of outside oil for home use since 2022. Sturdy machine, predictable output, works best with groundnut and Til. A few tips I found very useful: 1.If groundnuts are a bit damp, heat them lightly prior to extraction... The output is better. 2. Follow the temperature settings religiously. 3. Clean the working parts judiciuously after every use... Don't allow buildup of any muck there. 4. Avoid hard grains( soy, coconut).... It's not impossible to Extracts oil from these, but your machine may not last too long with continuous extraction of these. All in all, very satisfied with the product and their service... Had to change a part last year, but they supplied it very promptly..

I have got my oil maker machine ok.within warranty they repair correctly and send me Within seven days . It's a essential and very good home appliance. Thanks Amazon and Savaliya industries.
