The Ewedoos Yoga mat is so good! I do HIIT, Yoga, and Tai Chi on it. Let me tell you, this Yoga mat does not slip on my hard floors at all. I can't say anything for carpet since I don't have it, but the grip on this mat is perfect! It's very comfy, too. For instance, if I can only do one Up and Down Plank on my hard floors because it hurts too much. I can keep going and going on this mat, no issues, no pain. I actually hurt my wrist doing exercises on my floor, to the point I couldn't lift anything. This mat? No pain. I'm average height and this mat is perfect for me, with extra room for someone taller, and it's wide enough to do shoulder width exercises. Wide angle you have to finagle. My dog loves it, too, lol, she walks all over it while I'm using it. Which brings me to durability. It gets me through grueling exercises and dog claws and there's no marks yet. Clean up is easy, too. I just wipe it down with a little diluted soap and water after I use it and when I get out of the shower it's dry and I can roll it up and store it. Highly recommend and I'll be buying again if/when this one breaks.

It's low-profile, comfortable, and durable after two weeks of moderate usage. Good grip. I don't wear shoes on the mat and clean it with a damp cloth. I wish I'd gotten the pink colorway as the black shows scuffs very clearly, and I prefer that side facing up, but at least I know when/where to clean it :) I got this after my last, thicker mat started stretching, making it hard to do planking or pushing exercises. I could also feel the floor even though it was thicker. This mat by comparison is very comfortable and doesn't stretch or slip at all on my hardwood floors. Very happy with the quality and price!

I have a Manduka PRO Yoga Mat which is quite heavy. I needed a lighter yoga mat that I can carry around. Found this yoga mat that is super light weight. At first, when I received the mat, I was wondering where the carrying strap was. It was not inside the box it came in. I decided to reach out to the seller. They were quick to respond. The person I was working with is Jessica from Customer Service. She was going to send me a new strap. Next day when I decided to use my new mat, I found the strap! The strap was hidden inside the mat. I had to unroll the mat to find that out. I quickly sent a message to Jessica to let her know that there was no need to send me the strap anymore. First time using the mat, everything went fine. The mat held up fine when I was stretching on it. The second time I used it, I brought it to class to do my warm up. When I did a split on the mat, the heel of my foot scratched the mat. I was upset when that happened. Messaged Jessica again to let her know what happened. She said the mat is made of biodegradable TPE material and sharp things will hurt its surface. They recommend cutting your nails and keep it away from sharp objects. I did not think the heel of my foot is considered "sharp". It sounds like we can't do a split because our foot will just scratch the mat.. Jessica said they will send me their absorbent yoga towel for sufficient grip and for a safe and hygienic surface. I can use that towel to protect the mat from further scratches as well. Looking forward to receiving the towel. I gave this product 4 stars for how light it is, how nice it looks, affordability, comes with a carry strap and excellent responsive customer services. I deduct 1 star for not being able to do any splits on this mat. I would recommend using this mat to do light yoga and light stretching.

Best yoga mat ever! I’ve had it since 2020 and it still looks like new.

I LOVE this mat! The texture on the top is super grippy making sure your feet don't slip and slide. The mat is thick enough to cushion the floor but not so thick that you wobble when doing balance poses. I got the aqua and gray mat and the color is very nice. It also did not have any odor so it was ready to use right out of the box. The strap is not so good, a shoe lace really. It works fine, but I was not as impressed with this compared to other straps I have seen. I am very pleased with this purchase .

This Ewedoos yoga mat just arrived yesterday. I am happy to see that its a quality product, not the flimsy kind that I have seen at some stores. I needed a new mat because the old one must have picked up dust and I had some serious allergy problems with that mat. I don’t have any problem with this one. The yoga mat is a medium thickness and it lies nice and flat . I particularly like the extra long length that is so helpful in class. It comes with a tie long enough to carry over my shoulder. I recommend this yoga mat.

Compared to other yoga mats I searched for this one was a bit more expensive but totally worth it. I've had it for about 2 weeks and it hasn't slipped once on my cement floor (I workout in my garage.) It's comfortable, easy to clean, and hasn't started to break apart like other mats do. Also, no funky smells and I love the color choices!

I bought this to replace a mat I've had for over 20 years. It's a beautiful mat. Very good quality at a great price. So lightweight compared to my other one. It's a pleasure to use and has good vibes! Perfect! Speedily delivered, well packaged and the company emailed to make sure i was happy with it. Hoping it will last me a long time! Very pleased with it! No slipping on it and very comfortable. Comes with instructions on how to clean it and a nice little thank you card.

I got this for it's grip and it hasn't disappointed! Great for yoga and pilates so far haven't tested with a more rigorous HIIT workout.
