Recommended by my diet coach for post partum
They are surprisingly tasty for something thatโs a healthy snack. Iโve been consuming them in the post partum period, for which itโs ideal because even the calories arenโt that much. Not sure how much they actually help, but they are definitely a good source of essential nutrients. I am ok with the texture and the crunch of the biscuits unlike some other cookies available in the market that tend to get soggy. Recommend for the new moms !

Health is expensive ! Eating good is expensive ! The market wants u to eat crap at cheaper price ! Looking at the ingredients ordered this ! Bt quantity is BAD ! (Why do u flush such things in market when u dnt want ppl to purchase it !) Rs 200 for 17 cookies ! Lol ! Health is expensive n medicines are cheap ! Flavour is like Horlicks
Tastes more like Horlicks, not as expected. And cost is on higher side for 20pc of biscuits. Didn't like much.
