L'Oreal Paris Sublime Bronze Self Tanning Towelettes, Streak-Free, Natural Looking Tan, 6 ct

I looove these self-tanning towelettes. They're truly streak-free and leave a very even, beautiful tan! It has never been splotchy for me, or a fake-orange color, and I apply it face-to-toe. It doesn't last as long as I wish it did, but that thought may be unrealistic for a self-tanner, idk. Ha. Also, it doesn't leave your hands messed up and blotched and heavily orange-d. Especially if you wash your palms and between fingers afterward. No weird/off smell, either.

I've used a lot of self-tanners in my life and I gotta say this one is the best! And the ease of use makes it even better! My boyfriend asked for the first time ever what self tanner I was using b/c it looked so good and natural!

This self-tanner is fantastic!! I actually can’t believe it because I have never been fully happy with any other tanning product - they smelled bad or left my hands brown or left streaks. I ordered this one night because I was desperate and the reviews were good and I needed to have tan legs for the next day. When it arrived the next morning I applied it without watching any videos or seeking additional guidance because I was in a rush. I showered, used a loofah and then opened one packet md and it Well, I was so pleased with the almost instantaneous result. Color is naturally bronze without being orange or leaving streaks. Don’t be afraid to do your feet, knees or elbows. It blends in very smoothly with the cloth. It goes on colorless so it’s a bit hard to tell if you got it on smoothly but, lo and behold, it was literally perfect and didn’t brown my hands one bit. Of course I washed them immediately after application and was pleased to see that no remnants remained. I actually like this tan better than a spray tan and it is unbelievably cheaper AND faster. I waited about 30 minutes to allow it to completely dry before getting dressed and when I did it did not leave any residue on my clothes or even my white sheets that evening. Each packet is enough for your entire body and it you want more color you can use another packet. I can’t imagine wanting any tan darker than that! All in all, this is the best self-tanner I have ever used and only the very mildest odor - I ended up putting some scented body lotion on before I left the house and it was fine. Overall, a real winner. - since I stay out of the sun, I really am anemically pale without a self-tanner. I will definitely be using it this summer!!! Five stars for a wonderful producer at a reasonable cost!!

Great self tanning and easy to use. Nearly half the price of the tanning towels brand and even more effective. A little bit streaky without practice, but overtime the color is very natural, especially for someone who is quite fair skinned and is just looking for a bit of bronze glow. For me the color is perfect and natural looking, not orange. So great for travel- nothing to leak. Colour seems to last several days and fades away gradually and reapplying intensifies the results.

These are the ones I used to grab at the drugstore when I was younger and lately I have been trying a lot more expensive self tanners trying to find a good one and I don't like certain things about all of them. Every self tanner smells bad but this one honestly doesn't smell as bad as some of the more expensive price your brands. I find it incredibly easy to use and it is very convenient to come in a wipe and gives me a much more natural tan than a lot of the tanning mousse that I have tried. This is the only self tanner I have found that doesn't give me those little dark spots on your legs wherever you have hair follicles.

I’ve been using these for years to give my fair skin a healthy glow (without the risk of skin cancer). I’ve tried a TON of self-tanning products & these towelettes give me the best streak-free tan (I’ve also had success with the in-shower tanning lotion, but that is a more-gradual tan). I should mention, if you are looking for an ultra-dark tan in one application, this is not the product. But it will give you an even, long-lasting tan (after developing for hours). I’m super pale, so to get me to a medium tan I need to apply 2 days in a row. There is no tint/bronzer so you shouldn’t have to worry about it staining you clothes (although I still wear dark PJs after applying it in the evening - so it can develop overnight). Application tips/techniques for an even, non-streaky, tan (from yrs of experience): 1. Don’t do it right after a showering. It’s tempting to use the towelettes after showering, while your undressed. Don’t. It will absorb unevenly, causing streaks and/or dark spots. I usually wait about an hour. 2. Exfoliate very well before applying (you can use a loofa, sugar scrub, pumice - anything that will remove dead skin cells - they cause dark splotches). The more you exfoliate, the better the result. 3. Moisturize after showering - focusing on areas that tend to become dry (hands, feet, ankles, knees, elbows, etc). If areas still feel dry, re-apply lotion until they don’t. 4. Wear gloves. Instructions may say just to wash hand’s after applying, but as someone who has ended up with orange palms or dark, dirty-looking cuticles…wear gloves. 5. **Two-handed application technique for preventing streaks: with one hand, drag the towel over your skin, then use the other hand to follow the towel & kinda spread or rub in the tanner (this is mostly needed at the beginning of the application when the towel is very damp & leaves behind more tanning liquid). 6. Leave the dry areas (ankles, knees, elbows, feet) for last when the towel has less liquid on it. 7. Hands: leave these until last. Remove one glove and use the still-gloved hand to rub the towel over the other hand, making sure to avoid the nails and only gentle dragging over spots like your knuckles. Give that hand a min to dry, then put the glove back on and give the other hand the same treatment. Good luck!

I love these towelettes!!! I begin by doing as the package instructions recommend by cleansing & exfoliating my skin. When I get out of the shower & get dried off, I rub them all over my body. If you don’t allow it to dry & you have a line of water pass over the area where you have already covered, it will leave that line your original color. Believe me, I already know. I love that I can’t put too much unless I just skip an area. Since you can’t see where you’ve applied it, the best way I have found to know I’ve covered my entire body is to start from the bottom (or the top) & work my way up each side thoroughly covering all areas. The best way I have found to cover my back is to bend slightly forward grabbing the towelette at the tip ends while making sure the towelette is flat upon the skin & then slowly run it over the area just like you do when drying off your back & nape, only in a more up & downward fashion. It’s fine to re-cover an area, but if you skip an area, that is where the color will not develop. I even use it on my face (just be certain to also lightly glide a little over your ears, especially your ear lobes & tops). I avoid eyes & lips according to the directions. I do not recommend going over ankles, knees or elbows with a dry cloth. This will certainly remove product which will cause it to remain your original color & no one usually wants that. I put my nightgown on after it has dried, go to bed & in the morning I go from really fair skin to a really nice, natural medium bronze tan. The product has been transfer-proof so far & works like a dream!!! I’m certain you can do the same process in the morning while getting ready or the evening before getting ready to go out on the town. The process I use is so simple, I’ve just stuck with it. The package says it takes 2-4 hours to develop, so be sure to allow for that time before or while getting ready. I would wish you good luck, but I assure you that you won’t need it as L’Oréal has you covered instead. Have a terrific day!!!😃

I read through a ton of the reviews beforehand, and I have had plenty of experience using tanning lotions and other at home tanning products without any real issues. I thought I would give these a try because of the good reviews and they looked very convenient and easy to use on the go. I followed the directions which, are really the same as any other sunless tanning product: shave, exfoliate, etc. The wipes were nice, and I didn't have any problem with orange hands after. In fact I'd say my hands turned out better compared to other products I've used, so thumbs up on that. But even after 2 days of using these, trying different wiping techniques on my skin, my legs were super streaky! It looked as though I just straight up missed whole sections even though I was very thorough and careful to go over every inch! I dont want to try a 3rd time because I think if I went any darker it would be too much and make the spots I missed pop out even more. Very frustrating. The color itself is good. I was impressed with how deep the color was after just one application so I can't fault it on that. The smell does hit a couple hours after application and is pretty potent, so be prepared for that. Sigh...I wanted to love these but the fact that I have to cover up my body for days because of the streaks is BAD. I'll keep trying different techniques. It IS harder than a lotion,to tell where you've hit. It felt like it dried super fast, but maybe I'll wait longer until I put my clothes on. I will update my review if I find a better way to use these. The fact that many people have used it streak free gives me hope. You should definitely test these out prior to any special event or vacation you have just to make sure. I bought these to test out a month before my wedding. Thankfully! I would be in tears right now if my wedding was tomorrow and I looked like this :( I will end up going back to lotions just for peace of mind.

I use these tanning wipes when traveling as I want some colour without sitting in the sun. Easy to use, one wipe for both legs, leaves a nice colour
