Can these be used for a large adult size bean bag chair?

NO!! This package is so tiny it would take 50-60 of them to fill any bean bag.

I need "micro beads" for packing around delicate art work during shipping. Would these work?

Yes, you would need a lot of bags. There's only enough in a bag to fill a 1 quart container

Would one bag be enough to fill a neck pillow?

It is 2300ml Foam Balls, I don't know your neck pillow size . thank you .
