I like having this physical therapy tool at home when I feel the need to use it. My PT was using this with me and when found this I was able to continue the exercises.

Great hand exercise web that allows this one product to flex, extend, abduct, and adduct all fingers of the hand, especially in rehabilitation, and also for strength training of the hands.

Excellent PT/OT equipment for grip and forearm exercises. A must for any senior.

Worked well...avoided having to go to back to rehab (agreed with rehab people that this was adequate after understanding the exercised needed and completing the exercised at home). We had to return one of the 2 items, back to Amazon, to get a different strength unit that was more appropriate for the stage of healing. After healed I actually gave our two units of different strengths to the rehab tech and she was happy to use them.

Great hand excerciser. Had recent rotator cuff surgery and this type exerciser was given to me during PT to start the strengthening process. Got one for home

Very sturdy and provides the therapy I need to help heal my tennis elbow.

Je pense qu'il faut un kiné pour donner ses conseils à toute personne désirant utiliser ce produit spécifique Il ne devra pas être utilisé au hasard car on peut rellement se provoquer des ruptures de ligaments si on fait des gestes et mouvements particuliers et inappropriés. Je n'ai pas pu utiliser mon produit car souffrant de noeuds aux phalanges mes doigts étaient trop douloureux et trop enflés pour s'introduire dans les interstices. En tout cas il est solide et il a résisté aux assauts répétés de mes enfants qui ont essayé toutes les positions les plus extravagantes car ils s'en sont servi comme d'un jeu. En conclusion la solidité est avérée Pour les bienfaits à court ou moyen terme je ne saurais dire.
