Does it act as a good fuel stabilizer?

I would say the verdict is still out as to whether ir not MMO is. Good stabilizer for fuel. No real solid answer about it that I can find. Most people I’ve read about say Sta-bil is the product to use for that.

I don't think this will work to fix a blown head gasket. You will need a new head gasket.

Varies by car and need, but I add about 6oz per 15 gallons of gasoline.
