This cast cover works easily. I bought it for an arm injury but it also works on the lower leg and keeps a taped foot dry.

Keep them dry!
Bought them when I had a finger surgery and the doc told me to keep the hands dry during shower. These are pretty good. Does the job. I typically use two of them just to be extra cautious.
