This is a tough one. I have been upgrading all the lights in my home this month as a Christmas present to myself since I got a couple Echo Dots.I bought 3 sets of 4 led bulbs for the 4 ceiling fans that I have in my home. These were the best priced smart bulbs I could find, and I looked everywhere. Not easy to find, or cheap!Out of the 12 bulbs, only 3 actually set up in auto mode. The rest I had to set up in AP mode one at a time. The app TuyaSmart isn’t very intuitive to figure out. Once you do figure it out, it’s pretty simple. It did take me a couple hours to work it all out and finish getting each bulb working right. I even got them grouped into their little groups according to room and ceiling fan. Getting them set up within Alexa and Google was pretty easy, which I’m thankful for. There were 2 bulbs that seemed not well put together because where the plastic bulb meets the base broke. They still work just fine but they are broke and are being held together by the connector wires. They also don’t seem to be as bright as I’d have hoped for. The bulb part is frosted plastic and even though I have them on full bright, I don’t seem any difference in brightness between full bright and dim.The only tionk I regret is how I wish they were rgb bulbs. Would I recommend these bulbs to anyone? Yes. They are a good bulb for the price. They are. Though I regret not doing color bulbs, the reality is I don’t use the ceiling fan lights that much, if at all. If you’re upgrading your home and just need warm white lights, these are great!

I bought these for my kitchen and when we put them in our fixture there was no way on the app to change the light from bright white to warm light. Though it says in the description that you can change the warmth of the light you can’t... I was very disappointed because the price was great but the Florescent bright white was awful for a kitchen setting...Oh well...

Set up is not as simple as it should be. Better connect in AP mode if you want them to be recognized. Took me a number of try’s to get them connected. Novice people will have difficulty. However once connected my Alexa does control them perfectly after enabling the skill for this type of account. You do have to download the specific light app to create an account before you can link the skill. Don’t really like that but it is what it is. My echo with hub should have auto seen them without Dow loading their app but isn’t happening.

I had to perform a reset on these at first which was fairly simple. Just switch them on an off a couple times. After that, I was able to connect each one to the LOHAS app and then connect them to my Google Home. Not sure if Google Home would have connected them without the LOHAS app. I haven't tried them with Alexa, but I have an Echo Dot coming in a couple days to play around with.All that said, they work great. Very bright, but it seems like the light doesn't go far. That may just be my room and the ceiling fan these went into. These are dimmable through voice commands using percentages. (Turn the lights to 20%). I am very pleased with them.

Ordered four for the front porch light. Was very easy to pair up and connect to Wi-Fi. Requested a code to be emailed and entered it into the app, added the four lights, and set the timer for a daily on/off schedule. It turned on when I set it for, if it turns off tomorrow, then I will be very satisfied. Not turning light switches off and on every day is the goal...so far so good.

After less than three months bulbs started losing communication abilities. Gave up on constant setups and now only use as regular bulbs. Probably will never buy "smart" bulbs again.

They work okay and aren’t too hard to set up. Used them in my overhead fan and they weren’t that bright. Had one go out after less than 6 months.

If there is any advice it would be not to buy this item. They get extreamly hot. You can not use in a multi bulb system. Also they only work on 2.4Mhz gateway. The software for the installation is very hard to use. And to top it off you have to turn each bulb one at a time not as a group.
