First let me say it's less than a week wearing the belt but I feel that confident to write a review and in addition purchase a second belt already which I received today..I'm already enjoying the benefits and I recommend it 100% As a fitness trainer I live in the gym and spent alot on belts including waist trimmers, waist trainers etc and the most recent the kaoir fitness waist eraser which cost me $89..within 3 weeks the belt would not stick as the velcro gave in as far the belt off dropping off my waist whilst running on the treadmill how embarrassing!.I immediately requested an exchange but they would not honour so I filed a claim with PAYPAL thru which I paid and they did agree to refund me on account of returning the belt which I did.. my refund is processing but in the meantime I decided to get something on Amazon which I expected would maybe not be very effective. To my greatest surprise this eraser belt exceeded my expectation and does the same job as the previous and I could add ieven better. the velcro sticks on perfect and I can see me getting much more than 3 weeks out of it..its comfy, easy to wear, soft, great coverage and support..I'm recommending to all my clients to get it! After losing 65lbs it was finally time for a new/smaller sweat belt 😂 I keep comparing it to my Keyshia Ka’oir belt and I can say it’s just as good except this one is wayyyy cheaper. So far I’ve been using for about 3 weeks, the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it’s not as wide, if only it was about an inch wider I would not be spilling over on the top of the sweat band 😐 *6/13/24 UPDATE* - it has been 9 months since I purchased this sweat belt and the Velcro stitching is starting to become undone 😑, debating on purchasing a new or just sew this one up idk yet but I’m definitely not ordering this brand again

Great quality! It’s thick and very supportive. I wouldn’t wear anything tight since the brace will show. Perfect if you have a short torso - won’t ride up.

I wear a small and usually go up a size for longevity reasons. Sturdy, tight stays in place!

No soy alta así que quizá esto funcione en una mujer alta, a mi me molesta porque es muy larga así que roza mis pechos, carece de elasticidad eso la hace rústica y poco cómoda.

I bought this waist trainer to help shed some inches while doing my incline walking. I’m not really sure if it’s doing anything, but I do know that my midsection is dripping in sweat with this thing on. It’s easily adjustable, washable, and can be worn under clothes. Just know, that if you wear snug fit shirts, you will for sure see this underneath it. But a looser fit shirt and you might get away with no one knowing you’re wearing it. I can’t tell if this is helping to take inches off my waist, but I like that it cinches me in and corrects my posture while walking, helping to engage my core more. The only downside I see to this belt is the length. Making it nice and tight against me, I tend to spill out on top and gives me a bra back type overhang. If this trainer had an extra inch or two so I could wear it higher, it would be 5 ⭐️
