My skin is very dry from the product

Received in a tube not as shown. I hope the product inside is correct. For this price, I was expecting exactly what I ordered as pictured. I've been using this product for 4 months and love it, but am very disappointed in the "tube" I received.

I bought this at an upscale spa and love it! I can see changes at just a week. I was told to keep it in the refrigerator so that the metal tip remained cold and that would help reduce eye puffiness. I don't, and it still works well (I know I wouldn't use it religiously if I had to go to the kitchen twice a day to retrieve it). I'll be ordering thru amazon when I need a replacement tube.

I agree, the new packaging is awful and you end up wasting half of it..... I started ordering it from dermstore because they have the pump pictured. It's a few $ more exp, but not much and considering you're not wasting it, its a bargain!!

I have had the product for over 2 weeks and I still have not seen any difference. I was informed that this could be due to the shelf life, though

Not pleased the product arrived in different packaging than was shown in the description. Wasn't sure it was the same product.
