Very good quality seaweed sheets. They taste fresh and are perfect for snacks or making sushi. I buy them regularly and they’re always consistent. Highly recommended.

Delicious and convenient. My son LOVES them as a treat, & it’s great as a school lunchbox treat (meets the “healthy foods“ standards of the school). It stays fresh in the original packaging and the ziplock seal is sturdy.

Great quality and arrives on time.

These seaweed are cceptable quality. Basically it is thinner and can see some holes in between. It is not the best quality but acceptable based on the price.

Good taste and flavour.

Perfect for Gimbaps, Sushi, Onigiri and toppings on my rice and even for me Miso soup at home. Beautifully aromatic and umami. Buy it with confidence !

La qualità è evidente già alla vista: fogli uniformi, integri e con una consistenza perfetta per il sushi fatto in casa. Durante l’uso si nota subito la differenza rispetto a prodotti più economici: non si rompe facilmente, resta croccante e non diventa gommosa a contatto con il riso. Il gusto è delicato ma ricco, proprio come ci si aspetta da un prodotto di livello “oro grado”. Apprezzo anche il formato richiudibile, che aiuta a mantenere la freschezza nel tempo senza perdere aroma o fragranza. In sintesi: prodotto eccellente, qualità superiore alla media. Per me è la migliore nori provata finora, senza dubbi.

Easy to use, a good amount for the price (cost about $15 and brings 50 sheets). Would have been great to have bought a US made product, but the reviews were excellent for the most part, so it was an easy choice to make. Sheets are a little smaller than average, but they work better than other brands I've used before. Sheets are fragile but won't rip apart and come roasted evenly. The side where the lines are visible to upwards on the rolling mat, so the rice roll adheres nicely. The color is a dark black, dark brown and has the sheen of indigo sometimes, and this is because it is natural seaweed that's been processed into a sheet and then roasted. Tastes good, can be a little chewy dependant on what it is used with, but so far I've used it on the outside of the roll and not inside. Easy to work with and just as versatile as any other Nori. Will buy again. The quality cannot be beat and the taste is authentic, which helps when you want the closest perfection to edible art, you can. Recommend product and will buy again and again.

High quality, great tasting seaweed sheets. I have ordered this seaweed several times and the quality and taste has always been very consistent across orders. I use it to make a popcorn seasoning recipe, shredded and mixed with bonito flakes, salt, sesame seeds and additional spices. It's the perfect addition. With the high quality of the sheets and the great taste, I expect it would be very good for sushi rolls as well.
