Will it blow over in the wind or are his feet weighted?

It's not weighted no! He is hollow so may well blow over in very strong wind but you could place sand/pebbles inside him for extra weight! (I keep mine indoors in the summer room).

Early days yet with mine, but it’s been out in all weathers for a couple of months and no signs of rust. It looks like it’s both painted and lacquered to give it a fighting chance
