I ordered 3 of these, 1 for each bike we have because i liked the concept so much.Reviews said they seemed 'tough' to not rip.One of the three arrived ripped alreadyJust feeling the fabric i can tell its going to rip easily.For $55 I definitely dont want to spend the time and frustration each time i put these on a bike to meticulously get it on without rippingForget about this protecting the bike from other objects - other objects will rip this in a secondthe pedals will rip this with no problem if they have a remotely sharp edge or come into contact wrong, or if the material is pushed the wrong way while on the bikeI gave it 3 stars not zero because IF you are very careful putting it on, and your bike doesnt go near anything else, it could MAYBE last some time, and would protect your floor from dirt on the bike. In my opinion it wouldnt be close to worth the hassle to put this on every time i got back from a ride considering its lack of durabilityMy intended use #1: protect bikes that are carefully stored in a large closet together - NOT GOOD - will rip#2: protect bikes and seats of car while travelling: NOT GOOD - will rip

I put my bike on my trailer-hitch Thule bike carrier but the wind was catching the cover and actually tore my bike lose from its mount. I replaced the bike and used extra straps to tie it down but was subsequently forced to remove the cover. It looks good and installs in seconds but didn’t work with a trailer-hitch mounted carrier. It would work at 45 mph but on so. Cal. Freeways, no!!!

I am an all-weather bike commuter and park my bike inside our carpeted apartment. This cover was absolutely necessary to prevent all of the dirt and debris on the bike from getting onto the carpet. But putting the sock on the bike is definitely not as smooth and easy as it's made out to be in the product video. I have a standard road bike.

Love this; I like to keep my bike in the back seat of my car instead of on a roof or hitch rack. I got this to put over my road bikes to protect the light tan leather interior of my car from the chain, pedals tire dirt, and sweat. I take the front wheel off; (velo sock stays on very well with front or both wheels off) and it fits perfectly.

Works well and as advertised. A nice addition to keep your house/car clean and nice looking. Protects the bike as well. Would recommend to all to get one if you are storing your bike inside your house/apartment.

Great product as advertised. Fits and looks great. Great quality as well. I just can not put it on as easy as the commercial is showing but maybe with some more practice, however once you do put it on its perfect fit for my Road Bike.

I love the product. Works as described. Only reason i gave 2 stars less is that i originally ordered the red color. I was sent the multi color the first time, claimed wrong item sent, returned it for exchange, and was sent the wrong color a second time. Frustrated but gave up and settled for the wrong color scheme.

This product works as advertised for protecting my bike wheels and gears during indoor storage. I live in an apartment and keep my bike on a rack in a spare bedroom, so I wanted to ensure no dirt is transmitted from the bike onto the carpet, walls, etc. It does exactly that. The fabric quality is good, a heavy enough gauge that I don't worry about it ripping or stretching out of shape, but still easy to manipulate and install easily on the bike. I feel it is a good value for the money and an excellent idea for indoor storage.

This was exactly what I was looking for, and I'm surprised it hadn't been invented long before now!I've had mine for a few weeks and here are my observations:Pros:- brilliant for indoor storage- actually looks weirdly cool when on- fits my medium mtb perfectly- dries quickly- comes with a handy carry caseCons:- bit difficult to put on sometimes - though you will rapidly get the hang of itSummary:For those living in apartments or who don't want to scuff the walls (my landlord was getting nervous about the newly painted hallway, hence the purchase!), this is a perfect solution - you cover the messy bits but still have access to the frame so you can carry it around. As mentioned, it is a bit difficult to put on at first, but practice makes perfect; I can get mine on and off in less than 5 minutes. Well worth it.They're really well made and I wouldn't hesitate to buy additional ones should I buy more bikes!

Nightmare to fit to bike no matter how you try, 700c wheel bike forget it more like 26inch max . its a great idea but they need to make larger sizes to accomodate larger bikes . overall if you have a tiny bike should be ok .

This bike sock is awesome great design and fits perfectly. Love it.

Since it's a unique product, I give it 5 stars, otherwise I'd give it 4 because it's quite difficult for a single person to put the cover on, especially on wheels that of course roll.

Ok for normal road bikes and therefore mountain bikes but not if large frame or if 29 inch wheels which my bikes are.nice idea but I would be better off with 2 separate pieces- although would probably not look as good pattern wise.
