Confused by the claims and reality
I bought it for my husband as I thought its organic, made from whole barley and gluten free,it will help manage his diabetes. After opening the packet i found that the flour was super fine. Didn't look like whole grain barley flour, my pillsbury chakki atta was courser than this. I am a bit confused. M gonna use and check the sugar spike, that's the only way to know whether its working or not.
