Duncan loves his new basket
Chiweenie Duncan is 12lbs. 19 inches long back (6 inch legs; a chiweenie is a chihuahua dachshund cross). He jumped in immediately after assembly. It had been previously and improperly assembled i could tell by marked support bar and others but it was clean and Duncan didn't seem to notice any smells. I bought it to use for when I go back to the office he will sit in it under my desk. And to encourage him loving it he gets special treats in it.With his length I would NOT force him to stay in the seated position for a long time, but put it in the bed/down position for any extended stay, but it's the best we could do, I didn't find any other rolling thing that would have been larger yet also Airline approved. Not that I have plans but you never know.So I keep it in my car front seat and as you see he has figured out how to perch atop it and get a good view. I am not sure the netting would hold up well to his full weight, so I keep the front mesh wrapped up to keep it from getting torn. He really leaps all over it.I'm taking it really slow, we have only wheeled once so far in the safety of the kitchen while he licked peanut butter off a wooden spoon (to ensure he associated the movement with good things). I don't see any problems at all with this item. It can hold his 12lbs and a small handful of toys and so forth.I've leashed him to it once while I was at a jobsite but he can tow it around so it won't actually hold him, it's not heavy but it seems strong enough, he has lain on all sides, flung himself around in it, he has clawed the heck out of the fleece insert and it shows no sign of damage; he likes to dig furiously for a solid minute and then take a snooze. He loves this thing so much. I was apprehensive since he refused to get into a cave bed i got him, but that the "ceiling" can be left open made a huge difference. It's a great priced well made item. I'm so glad I got it.

Great Bag!
This has now transported 2 puppies on flights home to join our family. It also has served as a great puppy car seat. My only half complaint is that the 2 support bars on the bottom come out of place too easily and in transit we have lost 1 with no one to contact to try and get another one to replace it. 😢 otherwise we have been super happy with the bag.

Great carrier for visiting the vet
My Dex has to visit his vet every 2 weeks now. We were using our big carrier, which is great when used occasionally, but this 72 year old grandma needed something easier to handle. This is perfect! The handle is simple to adjust, there are plenty of screens for ventilation and it was easy to clean when we got home. Dex was safe inside his small carrier and seemed content. The only negative isn't a negative for me....The wheels worked fine for going in and out of the vet, and they would be good on a sidewalk but i don't think they would hold up on a hike.

Its okay
This is a decent carrier. In my opinion, it is a bit overpriced for the quality. I bought this as a used return, and even that seems a little high compared to the price for the Pecute Expandable backpack, which is the same size but sturdier and better made. KOPEKS is decent, but lots of weak seems and threads, thin materials, cheaper zippers, and the handle a bit wobbly. No little extras like locking zippers or padded straps. My pet is small and gentle on things, so it is fine and certainly more affordable than other wheeled options out there. I appreciate the extra ventilation as it seems to get quite warm under a seat and that is a main reason i choose this bag. Also, it is one of the few carriers that has floor padding for both upright and horizontal use. (Not very soft padding and not fully removable for washing like Pecute.) This is the smaller size option (for 10 lbs), and knowing that ive flown several times with the Pecute bag, this should fit under the middle seat of Southwest flights. (Since they are nearly the same size (minus the wheels) I suspect i may have to remove wheels once on the plane.)I personally feel it should be half the price that it is, but it is certainly functional for a small well behaved pet. Dog in the photo is 5 lbs and wears xs harness size.If you're really just looking for a backpack, then i would highly recommend Pecute-- good quality, more comfortable to wear, and lower price. If you want a rolling carrier with lots of ventilation, this is a decent choice. Would probably spend more for the name brand option if I were a frequent traveler and needed something more rugged.

Easy assembly and roomy design
This item is perfect for my small to medium weight dog(20+lbs).it was incredibly easy to put together. It is mostly mesh so I know my dog won't get too hot or feel confined bc it is roomy. It is ideal for everyday in the city or country. I just need to see if it will work while traveling. Really happy with product. will see how it holds up but quality seems good. .

Comfortable but not sturdy
I do like this bag and the versatility of ways to carry your pet with it, but having taken it on two flights now (initial and connecting) I'm disappointed with its level of sturdiness. My dog is as comfortable as he can possibly be while confined to a bag under a seat on a plane, and he has room in it, so I think it's good on that front, but the velcro strap on the bottom that holds the removable plate with wheels in place is already ripping and we've only taken that piece out twice and traveled one way on our trip with it. We will see how it holds up for the trip back, but for how much money I spent on it I'm saddened that it hasn't even lasted a single trip for us.That being said, some of the things I liked about it whole traveling is that there is a clip inside you can secure to your pet's collar so that if you have one of the "screens" rolled down your pet can't jump out (see pictures for what I'm talking about). I also like that the wheels are good quality and easy to roll, though you have to be careful with the straps on the backpack as they will dangle and get caught in the wheel if you don't secure them. Overall I really want to like this bag, but given it hasn't lasted the wear and tear of a single trip with it I would not consider buying it again.

Great fit and comfortable for my pups
I purchased 2 of the small bags for my pups, who are 11.6 lbs each. They fit comfortably, and we allowed them to familiarize themselves with the bag prior to our trip. I recently traveled on Spirit Airlines and the bag was slightly too big (tall when laying down) to fit under the seat in front, but I quickly solved this by removing the bottom feet of the bag which easily comes off. I liked that there is a leash attached to the bag, which I attached to my dogs harness, allowing me to leave the window open for better airflow without worrying she would try to get out of the bag.I wish the bag had a luggage strap, however. the bag did get heavy, and the straps are so wide they hurt my arms and, at one point, cut off my blood circulation to my right arm. It was convenient to be able to roll the bag at that point. The side pockets are large and I was able to pack treats, water bottle, pee pads and their leash with room to spare. I do not think the insert is removable so I'm not sure how I would wash it if needed. Overall, this is the best travel case I have used thus far.Only negatives, as I mentioned, were the uncomfortable straps (too wide), so again I wish they could add a luggage strap so I could place it on my roller bag instead.

So disappointed!!
I purchased this dog carrier on wheels because I thought it would be perfect for my 15 pound dog. The only Usage got for the first year was in my home. I go around once a month in the house and give her treats just to get her used to it.Last week we put the carrier to test. Upon putting her in it in the airport, the entire side came unsewn which allowed all of the mechanisms to be completely unusable because they fall out of the carrier.Thank God, I had a bag in my carry-on to put my dog in or we would not have been able to goI recognized that they only do a single stitching and nothing is secured at the end of the stitching.I am so greatly saddened that a costly dog carrier would fall apart before even using it, and I ended up using a $20 bag to carry her in without any wheels.I hope this review is listened to because I, like you, was very excited that this would be so helpful for my shouldersDo not buy this product. If I could send this without any stars, I would, but I have to give it one star in order for my review to go onto the site.
