Not good for constipation
Not working for constipation i bought it coz i saw it having same composition which my dr recommended and different brand i was using so i thought brand is different composition is same but it's not working as the one which i was using infact it makes constipation more

Works well to me but delayed delivery by amazon
It works well for me to remove constipation and keeps my body cool and refreshed day long. I am using this for a week long from the date of deliver and I did not see any side effect affecting me so far I am consuming this after my physician recommended and prescribed this combination of Lactitol monohydreate to me so I am consuming this.Only concern is I got this product delivered after 10 days of ordering in amazon which is too late.
