L utilisation inadaptée

J ai commandé ce produit il y a quelques mois, j ai recommandé le même produit pour ma fille qui habite en France, problème c est que la prise électrique est aux normes anglaises ou ameriquaines. Et pour retourner l article faut faire les papiers pour la douane pour le retourner en Angleterre .encore la galère, imprimer des codes barres etc...etc...je ne suis pas content du tout, perte de temps , tel à la douane et amazone pour le retour. Bref j ai suggerai à amazone de me faire un geste commercial en faisant parvenir à ma fille qui habite en France un adaptateur qui aurait un coût casiment nul(5 à 7 euros) pas de réponse à ce jour. Je ne suis pas satisfait du tout...voilà affaire à suivre.michel Desrumaux
