Everything you need to know at a glance on the ceiling, what's not to love? Time, Inside temp and outside temp are all projected and easy to read. Could use stickier base, can slide around. Directions are pretty clear, I had trouble eliminating sensors 2 and 3 (not included). After I got mine, a friend and I both gave this as a father's day gift to our fathers.

My wife and I absolutely love this clock/temperature projector that we keep in our bedroom. We have it pointed at the ceiling, which makes it incredibly easy to check the time and temperature early in the morning without having to put on our glasses or reach for our phones. The projection is bright and crystal clear, yet dim enough that it doesn't interfere with our sleep. It's one of those simple features that makes a surprisingly big difference in our daily routine. We highly recommend it!

Following the instructions, I was able to figure out generally how to set everything up. I did not find the process of setup or adjustments to be so clear-cut that I feel safe tossing the instruction manual. So hold onto it. And I still have not yet been able to figure out how to get the implied weather forecasting capability working. This is where I feel it needs more instructions. Now, the good: I was worried that the light bouncing off the ceiling would be too bright. I generally like a dark bedroom, completely dark. But there were multiple levels of brightness available, and the lowest level works perfectly for me. Bright enough to see, not so bright as to be annoying. Also, with the device set at the same height as my mattress on the table beside it, the size of the reflection is sufficient that I can read the ceiling-projected info without having to put on my glasses. I like that a lot! Overall, the interface is easy to read, easy to adjust the brightness of, etc. As for the outdoor thermometer part of it, there's one thing I don't like it all and one thing I like a lot. The good part: this is the most accurate indoor-outdoor thermometer I've ever owned (I think this is the fourth). Cool. But why in the world with a provide what is obviously intended to be an outdoor thermometer (it's in the title of the product!) but then tell you that it's not waterproof! Stupidest thing I've ever heard of. Did the manufacturer come from some astounding part of earth where it never EVER rains or snows?? So far, my workaround solution is working; I enclosed the small outdoor unit in a sandwich Ziploc-style bag.

I enjoy projection clocks very much. This one works very well. Very intuitive to set up and keeps excellent time. The projection is well focused and a great size, very easy to read in the dead of night. I would for sure buy this one again.

I've had this model for three years, and just now had to change the batteries on the outdoor remote sensor. It has worked perfectly the whole time. I love that it has time and indoor/outdoor temps displayed on the ceiling at times at night when I am most bleary eyed, I can clearly see the time and temps. The only maintenance that is needed is because it sits flat facing the ceiling it gathers dust, so occasionally cleaning the lens of the projector is needed.

Had a similar type projection clock from different vendor for years and it eventually failed. Did a search and the SC91 came up. Had good reviews so I ordered one. Clock worked great and was even better than the previous one. Then after a few months the sensor failed. Figured I would probably end up tossing it. WRONG. I contacted the support number and got a response the next day. Was assured a replacement would be sent out right away. A couple of days later I get a tracking number. So I am back in business. Exceptional service, strongly recommend.

Bought two about a year ago. They both are easy to operate and to read. One is working today and the other one’s projection lamp went out when the power went out yesterday during a storm. Bought another unit yesterday and it arrived today with the projection lamp not working. This is a great unit… …when it works.

I bought this 5 years ago and it's been pretty much on constantly since then. The red projection looks bright and is easy to read at night or even during the day. I have mine projecting on the ceiling over my bed so I just need to look up to check the time. It's not so bright that you would be awoken by it and the main clock panel also has a dimmable light (I keep it on the lowest setting most of the time.) The clock does take batteries but will only use that to run the clock during power outages (not the projection clock). After 5 years, the red LED is showing some wear but the numbers are still pretty easy to read. I prefer to secure my main clock to my nightstand with velcro and it works well to keep it from sliding. The outdoor unit is easily mounted and the batteries (I use Alkaline) last for months at a time (at least 10 months). You can mount it high under an eave or porch roof to keep the water out. Note that I did not review the alarms because I do not use them. Having the time, weather, and humidity readily available on the ceiling has saved me countless hours of frustration at waking up when it's dark and not having to get a face full of cell phone display or turn on a light to see a clock. I am not sure if this unit will last for decades but, for the money I paid and the convenience I get, it's well worth the cost.

Nice clear and bright projection. The time is displayed, and the unit cycles through the 3 sensor settings as well. I only need one, and I can't see how to get it to just cycle through the indoor and outdoor settings only without showing blanks for the other 2 sensor settings. Also, why the battery in the clock itself since the clock turns off when the power goes off? As a follow up, the company contacted me and answered my questions. The clock works well and does what it is advertised to do.
