Product working smoothly just replace batteries
Overall product is very good but I need to replace batteries. Bcs when it recieved batteries/ cells are dead. Just 10 rs more and everything is good to go. Working fine I ordered it for measuring specially luggage.

Not ideal for heavy and big suitcases
Hard to grip and the hook isn't deep enough for large suitcases. The handle needs to be wider.
