Oil is very useful but you help the natural oil for your nasal, it important not to eat anything cold before the bed specially those who have nasal polyps or nasal chronically issues. Once you put the drop inside your nasal nostril, keep body lay down for few minutes until oil travels slightly inside.

It's worthful product

Got infection ..Worst bottle design…spilled all over me
Though I admire organic and Ayurveda products but my recent experience with this product is not what I’m proud of..the bottle design is pathetic, I pressed to see if the liquid would come from nozzle but to my surprise the bottle just blown into 2 pieces and I have oil all over me. Later, I tier putting 5-6 drops ( not sure if its too much) and next morning I got running nose with fever. Update 2: I got myself diagnosed by doc and get to know that I have got server infection from this . Please make sure you use this under some supervision and guidance
