Works for me
It seems to work for me. I take one a few minutes before a glutenous meal, and most of the side effects of consuming gluten never present themselves. I still get a runny nose and slightly fatigued, but nothing like the symptoms I have without. I have been diagnosed with Celiacs.

This product is a Godsend. I discovered it with the help of a licensed and degreed Johnson and Wales University chef. Gluten intolerance is a pain in the gut! And for those of us who love some pasta or crostini this can wreak havoc because of digestive insensitivities and/or intolerances. This is the best brand I’ve tried, as it delivers a blow to gluten. Because of this product I enjoy cinnamon raisin bread without bloating or reflux. If you’ve given up looking for a supplement that will tackle the negative effects of gluten then look no farther. It's very good, it helps decrease the severity of my symptoms when I eat gluten. It's easy to swallow and dissolves quickly. I would highly recommend it.

Great product
I am gluten intolerant. Occasionally I cheat but take one of these capsules before I eat. I have no issues. I also take one when I go out to eat and worry about cross contamination.
