Second review This is my second purchase, I obviously love them and I just wanted to say that this time they came even better packaged, in individual sealed bags and than resealable plastic bags so you can store them in the bags or other containers. They're salty, which I love as the flavour is even better. I used 3 kg of olives probably in 4-5 months and they did not go bad. The delivery was with DPD, I missed them the first time but they came again after one day, so this was awesome. There were a few olives with stones with the first purchase but honestly not too many. Happy shopping, would highly recommend! First review I'm very fussed about olives so I consider every aspect of the deal. I used to buy kalamata olives in extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and fresh herbs (rosemary etc.) in a big bucket but unfortunately they are currently out of stock on both Amazon and the seller's website. I spent a week searching for really nice alternative. I wanted to avoid olives kept in water and I wanted them to be pitted as I am buying large quantities. I wanted to find a nice quality olives so they're flavourful and eventually additionally flavoured with olive oil and herbs so it can contribute when preparing salads (especially my favourite pasta salad). I found this offer to be currently the best, although there were no comments so I wasn't sure what to expect. The parcel arrived on the next day, this is free of charge delivery. I wasn't home so I collected it from the post office. I wasn't expecting that even if I order 3kg they will be in bags and there will not be any liquid in the bags but actually, I think that it might be even easier to use this way. I can see that the olives were kept in oil before transferred into the bags, although on the label says that it contains water. I received 2 identical bags, 1.5 kg each (this is want the label says), the second I will keep sealed unit I am using the first one. I weighted the bags: 1.680 kg and 1.730kg gross weight. They have the resealable opening which is actually better than having to open a big bucket with an oily lid. There's a little bit of liquid, not too much, I will still have to add olive oil and herbs to salads and other dishes when cooking but it will be easier to get the olives out of the container and to chop them if needed. The quality and the taste are great. The olives are mostly big and in good shape. It's very salty but it preserves them for longer. I could always put some in water to extract the salt, but I wouldn't as I would always add salt to salads and Italian dishes, so it's pointless to try and get rid of the salt. I am very happy with this purchase. I hope that they will last longer than the recommended (I have 3 months) otherwise I will have to add oil and vinegar in order to keep them for longer. This is only because this time I ordered 3 kg instead of the 2kg which is what I usually order. It's a little bit cheaper this way and I am happy that I have the option. I definitely recommend the product! Would buy again myself too.

These are by far the best olives I’ve found in the UK—I simply can’t get enough of them! They’re absolutely delicious and truly stand out from every other variety I’ve tried. Kalamata olives are usually the gold standard, but these go even beyond that. Some people say they’re a little salty, but that’s exactly what makes the authentic Kalamata flavor so special—it’s not exaggerated, just perfectly balanced. And of course, they’re healthy too! I love making a simple yet irresistible sandwich with them: fresh lettuce, Italian cheese, and ham, a touch of mayo, all tucked inside a freshly baked baguette. Pure perfection—scrumptious in every bite!

Very nice taste, I prefer my Kalamata olives a little more firm but they are great to add to dishes, pasta, stews, salad etc. Can’t argue with the price versus the supermarkets.

Simply the best pitted Kalamata olives I have tasted outside of Greece [and better than some I have tasted there!] some pitted olives are dry and leathery, but these are moist, full of flavour and absolutely delicious!
